Story
Jasmine is 12 years old. She is sweet, laid back and loves to eat but I have her on a specific canned food and only eats twice a day. She has cushings disease but it on meds for that. She is sweet but has never been a lap dog/ she will bark if she detects a stranger around. I have developed health issues and am finding it harder to take care of. Also, I have a fenced in years for her, as you cannot just let her out to potty on her own, or she will run off/ I just need someone that will be sweet to her and care for her needs and give her a loving home

Story
Hi! My name is Riley! My brother (Winston) and I were found running the streets of Universal City. We are approximately a year old. I am the little brother. We were both really scared. We have been with our foster mommy for a couple days now. I am gradually coming out of my shell. I will come over to foster momma and want to be picked up and petted, sometimes I make it a game and will play shy, but then give in and let her pick me up to relax in her lap. Sometimes I even jump up in her lap and demand attention! If I do not get it, I will swat at her with my paw until she pays attention to me! I love toys and playing with my brother. I also have foster brothers and sisters that are my size and bigger than me. I am working on potty training. I am a very fast learner. I should master that very quickly! I like to explore the backyard. I am still a puppy with lots of puppy energy. I am kennel trained. Foster momma says I have the cutest underbite. I love to run and play, when I am done, I like to either lay down on the couch next to momma or even go and lay in my bed wherever that may be. Momma placed my bed while she was cleaning my kennel and that did not stop me from getting into my bed. I climbed on top of the kennel and decided to take a power nap! Local adoption fee in Texas is $350 Out of state adoption fee with transport and fuel surcharge is $650.

Story
Looking for a little dog with a lot of heart? Meet Ian! This pint-sized black and white pup is living proof that a broken hip and medical needs do not mean a broken spirit! Ian's hip has healed but he is on daily meds for a medical condition, Diabetes insipidus. Despite it all, Ian is fun, boisterous, and full of playful energy that is absolutely contagious. Ian may be small, but he has a big love for life. He thrives on attention and is constantly looking for a game of seek with his toys or a good cuddle session. He plays well with other dogs, making him a great potential new sibling for your current furry friend. When it comes to his favorite things, toys rank high on the list, and food is right up there too; he's happily not picky about his meals... He eats from a slow feeder bowl to make sure he doesn't get too overzealous with his meals and is able to digest well. Ian is looking for a loving home where his joyful personality can shine and he can get the care and affection he deserves. Are you ready to give this resilient, playful boy a chance at a happy forever home? Basic Info: Male, 1 yr old Boston Terrier/Chihuahua Coat: Black and White UTD on shots and parasitic preventatives. Diabetes Insipidus: affects urine concentration, requires twice daily meds to maintain healthy urine and for bladder contraction to aid in fully emptying the bladder Local adoption fee (Texas) - $200 Out of state adoption (includes transport to your area) ‐ $450

We have been with our foster mommy for a couple of days now. I am gradually coming out of my shell. I am still a little timid. Remember, I am still a puppy with a lot of puppy energy and puppy traits!! So, please be patient with me. I love toys!!! I will take out all of the toys out of the toy box until I find the perfect toy!!! I like to make it snow as well!! Did you know it can snow in your living room? Let me demonstrate for you. I love to play with my brother and foster siblings. One of my favorite games is chase. I am also a talker!!! We both have the cutest underbite!!! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi … my name is Sebastian and here are some things you need to know about me:All dogs are special ... some of God's finest creations, and then there are those who need very special heroes to help them live their best lives. Can you be Sebastian's hero?Sweet Sebastian … what a little mystery he is.  Per the previous owner, his mom is a Boston Terrier and dad is a Chihuahua … which explains the gorgeous brindle coat, the underbite, the big ears and the goofy personality.  He is such a puzzle because once he trusts you, you see a different pup, but until he decides to let you into his world, he is afraid of everything and he tries to hide. He is very cautious of human touch and does not want anyone to pick him up.  He will jump into your lap when he is ready, but he still does not want even his best human friend to pick him up.  And if pushed too quickly, he will warn with a low growl.  He seems to be partial to women, although he does fine with his foster dad.  We are trying to untangle all the pieces of his puzzle to make his world a happier place. Sebastian needs a special home with a patient family!  He will do best with a family with doggy experience … definitely not a good choice for a first pet.  This little boy is truly a diamond-in-the-ruff.  A big investment of time and patience in him will be sure to reap great rewards. If you do not feel like you can adopt and meet his special needs, you can still help him by sponsoring his extended care with tax-deductible donations.  A one-time donation, or monthly or quarterly donations designated for Sebastian's care will be appreciated. If you think Sebastian might be the perfect pup for you, please go to www.allamericanmuttrescue.org/forms and complete your adoption application online. Approximate age/birthdate:  born July 22, 2014 Weight/size: ~14 lbs Housebroken:  YES (if you do your part and take him out regularly) Crate trained:  YES Personality:  very cautious, timid, slow to warm up, but sweet and loving once he does, a bit cautious of human touch until he knows he can trust Energy level:  medium  Fenced yard required?:   YES – due to the fact that he is very skittish, he tends to be in ‘flight’ mode so he must have a physical fence for his own safety … no exceptions Does he/she jump fences?  NO Leash walk:  YES (be cautious and use a secure harness and a sturdy leash)  Obedience training:  NO Riding in vehicles:  RIDES OK … gets a little stressed at first but settles quickly Spayed/neutered:   YES Up-to-date on routine vaccinations:   YES Microchipped:   YES Social with other dogs:  YES Social with cats:  Has not been around cats Good with children:  He might eventually be OK with older, calm children but any excessive noise and activity makes him really nervous and he wants to hide. Adoption donation:  $100 We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits.  You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references.  Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process.  We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible. When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if Sebastian picks you too. If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed. Please feel free to email weluvpups@hotmail.com if you have additional questions.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 1:59 pm
