This fun-sized guy has quickly become a staff favorite thanks to his wiggly personality and zest for life. Kripto seems to wake up every day with one goal: have as much fun as possible—and bring his people along for the ride! Whether he’s heading out on a Miles & Mutts adventure, jogging several miles, or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll, Kripto is always ready to go. One of our favorite things about him is how he constantly checks in on his walking buddy, looking back to make sure you’re having just as much fun as he is. Kripto is an active, playful dog who will thrive with a family that can provide positive outlets for his energy and enthusiasm. He already knows a few basic cues like “sit” and “down,” and his attentive nature makes us think he’ll enjoy learning even more. With a little continued training and guidance, this smart boy is sure to excel. We believe Kripto is potty trained, though as with any newly adopted dog, he’ll need patience and consistency while settling into a new routine. We don’t know if he’s lived with children before, but he has been friendly with everyone he’s met at the shelter so far! When it comes to other dogs, Kripto is friendly and eager to make friends! His excitement can sometimes make him come on a little strong during introductions, but he appears playful and well-intentioned. If you have another dog at home, we’re happy to arrange a meet-and-greet to help ensure a good fit! Honestly, we’re a little surprised Kripto is still here. He’s got the looks, the personality, and the happiness to make an incredible companion. If you’re searching for a loyal adventure buddy, a walking partner, and a best friend wrapped up in one adorable package, Kripto might just be your perfect match.

Toodaloo is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please call to schedule an appointment so we can coordinate with her foster family (:Toodaloo is a gentle, loving girl with just the right touch of personality to keep things fun. She shares a similar soft, submissive nature as her companion Oneday, but with a little extra sparkle—especially when she’s excited! Toodaloo can be adorably chatty in those happy moments, letting you know exactly how she feels without ever being overwhelming. She has spent her life alongside Oneday, and while they don’t have to be adopted together, they do share a close bond and truly enjoy each other’s company. We would love to see them go home together if the right opportunity comes along, but our biggest hope is that both girls find loving homes where they can feel safe and adored. Toodaloo is a total sweetheart who enjoys affection and connection with her people. Her favorite place to be is close to your chest and is not afraid to inch her way to your lap! She has a calm presence overall, but don’t be surprised if she “talks” to you a little when she’s feeling happy—it’s part of her charm and don’t worry, she is not overly chatty! She appears to be potty trained, walks nicely on a leash, and knows the cue “sit.” While she also enjoys enrichment and getting outside for fresh air, Toodaloo has a love for toys—especially durable rubber toys and chew items that can keep her busy. She has not shown reactivity toward other dogs and seems to really value companionship, both human and canine. Because of this, she may do well with another dog friend in the home, and we’re always happy to arrange meet-and-greets prior to adopting! With her gentle heart, sweet demeanor, and a little bit of playful “chat,” Toodaloo is ready to bring love, comfort, and loyal companionship into her forever home.
