Gale is a very sweet, kind-hearted boy with a gentle soul and a wonderful go with the flow personality. We’ve truly loved getting to know him during his time at the shelter. Gale came to us as a stray, so much of his past is unknown, but what we do know is that he’s been a delight. He’s friendly with other dogs and mostly prefers to mind his own business, politely keeping to himself. We do encourage a dog meet-and-greet prior to adoption to help ensure a smooth introduction to any potential canine friends. With a medium energy level, Gale enjoys exploring the outdoors and going for nice walks — though his feet can get cold quickly! He’s happy to play with a stuffie or work on enrichment toys, but he’s just as content spending quality time with his people. Gale has excellent manners and walks beautifully on leash. He appears to be potty trained and already knows several cues including sit, down, shake, and wait. Based on his calm behavior in his kennel, we suspect he may also be crate trained. Please keep in mind that he will need time to adapt to his new home! Gale’s attentive nature and gentle heart make him the kind of loyal companion everyone dreams of. We absolutely adore him and know that once you meet Gale, you will too.

Chaos is a middle-aged gentleman with the softest heart and the sweetest soul. Despite a rough start, Chaos has truly blossomed during his time with us, and watching his transformation has been nothing short of heartwarming. When he first arrived, Chaos was shy and unsure of the world around him. Today, he greets us with gentle tail wags and a quiet eagerness to take on the day. Chaos is a low-key, easygoing companion who simply enjoys the comfort and presence of his people. He’s not overly playful, but he rarely turns down a nice walk (unless it’s windy — he’s definitely not a fan!). He also enjoys enrichment time with toys like stuffed Kongs and seems happiest when life is calm and predictable. While we don’t know if Chaos has lived with children or other animals in the past, slow and thoughtful introductions will be important as he settles into a new home. He has met a few dogs here at the shelter and did very well, especially with calm, respectful canine friends. We’re always happy to arrange a dog meet-and-greet and highly encourage it. Chaos appears to be potty trained, walks nicely on leash, and may be crate trained based on his kennel behavior. He’s a truly special boy who has come so far, and we can’t wait to see him continue to thrive in a loving forever home.

Bubs is seriously one rad dog with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He came to us as a stray, and we were honestly shocked that no one came forward to claim such a wonderful boy. From the moment you meet him, it’s clear that Bubs lives for attention — and once he’s gotten his fill of love, you’re sure to be entertained by his adorable mini zoomies! Bubs is a medium-energy to active guy who will thrive in a home that can offer him positive outlets for his energy. While he thinks toys are fun, he truly prefers one-on-one playtime and interaction with his people. He’s not overbearing, but he’s also not shy about asking for affection or encouraging you to get up and move with him! This wiggly boy has a friendly demeanor when meeting other dogs and does best with proper introductions. He’s remained happy and social during his time with us, and dog meet-and-greets can be provided prior to adoption if needed! Despite all the excitement and zoomies, Bubs has great manners. He appears to be potty trained, walks fantastically on a leash, and knows the cues “sit” and “shake.” Bubs is truly a fun-loving, life-of-the-party kind of dog whose playful yet gentle nature could make him a loyal and joyful companion in many homes.
