Story
Meet Loch, the "LOCHness monster of LOVE!" He is a stunning brindle boy with a heart as big as his beautiful coat. Social, friendly, and always happy to make new canine friends, he brings an easygoing charm wherever he goes. This sweet guy has been through TWO TPLO knee surgeries, and while he's handled them with resilience, his body hasn't bounced back the way we hoped. He'll need ongoing care and future support for his knees, including removal of the hardware, so he's looking for a dedicated family ready to love him through it all ♥Loch's personality is a delightful mix of cuddly companion and goofy mischief-maker. He adores snuggling up with his people, but don't let that soft side fool you-he is a certified destroyer of plush toys and will absolutely swallow them if given the chance. (Hard toys only for this boy!) Loch gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has lived with kids and cats (though he does enjoy a good game of "chase the kitty" if allowed!).Currently in foster care, Loch could move into a foster-to-adopt home if his new person or family is ready to help him finish his recovery.📍 Please note: Loch is not viewable at the shelter. If you'd like to meet him, please fill out an adoption application. Only approved applicants will be contacted for a meet and greet. Primary Color: Brown Brindle Secondary Color: Black Weight: 38.5 Age: 1yrs 7mths 2wks

Story
Boss Man is a handsome pittie boy with energy to spare and a heart full of enthusiasm. He's the definition of exuberant: strong, wiggly, and always ready to greet the world with his whole body. If you've ever wanted a dog who celebrates life like it's a full‑time job, Boss Man is your guy. He's still learning his basic manners and finds it nearly impossible to stay still - there's just too much excitement in the world. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement training, he'll blossom into the well‑mannered companion he's meant to be. Right now, he's also working on mastering his potty habits and will benefit from a routine.Boss Man loves going outside for adventures. Whether it's a walk, a hike, or simply exploring the yard, he's happiest when he's moving and discovering new things. Because of his strength and high energy, he's best suited for a home without other animals or small children. He thrives when he can be the center of attention and have a calm, predictable environment to learn in. Boss Man cannot have chicken, so his future family will need to keep his meals chicken‑free. He is not yet neutered, but he's on track for that next step in his journey. If you're looking for a spirited, lovable pup who will reward your guidance with loyalty and joy, Boss Man is ready to wiggle his way into your life. Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: White Weight: 35.2 Age: 2yrs 0mths 3wks

Story
Joylita is a gorgeous pittie girl with a voice that turns heads and a heart that melts them. Don't let her big bark fool you - she's a huge love bug! She loves her fluffy beds and all about the cozy life. If you're looking for a loyal companion who believes comfort is a lifestyle, not a luxury, Joylita is your girl. This couch‑potato princess thrives on snuggles, blankets, and a comfy spot to nap. She enjoys her daily walks to stay healthy, but she'll be the first to tell you that long adventures in the rain are not on her agenda. A quick stroll and then back to the couch? Perfect.Joylita plays hard... which is why her toys don't last long. She's a professional toy destroyer and proud of it. She also prefers to be the only animal in the home - not because she's picky, but because she deserves to be the center of your world. Queen status suits her. She's fully house‑trained, well‑mannered, and currently waiting for her spay appointment. One important note: Joylita cannot have chicken, so her future family will need to keep her meals chicken‑free. If you're ready for a loving, loyal, comfort‑seeking companion who will fill your home with warmth (and maybe a few shredded toys), Joylita is waiting to meet you. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 39 Age: 6yrs 0mths 3wks
