Story

We made the hard decision to rehome our beloved dog due to my husband's recently developed health issues. We adopted Emma as a rescue at 11 weeks. She has good house manners and has been through one month of professional training at age 6 months. She is now 16 months old and is a joy to have around. She is extremely friendly, obedient and non-aggressive. She is completely housebroken, sleeps in her own bed and does not jump on the furniture. She will not try to take food off the table, your plate, or your hand. You can take her food away without fear that she will growl or snap at you. She is a great watch dog and will stop barking when told. She gets along with cats and dogs and loves everyone! Her playful antics make us laugh every day. We hope her new owners will play with her (or have another dog to play with her) and who will enforce the good behaviors that we worked so hard to instill in her. Ten months of heartworm meds (worth $120) and her cot (worth $100) go with her.

Hi, I’m Juvi, a 37-pound girl who came to the shelter as a stray, and I’m as friendly, gentle, and sweet as they come. I love people, enjoy being social, and I’m known for my happy smile that shows just how joyful I am. I walk nicely on a leash and really enjoy getting out and about. When it comes to other dogs I can sometimes have a bit too much energy, so I’ll need to meet any potential dog siblings first to make sure we’re a good fit. Plus, I`m crate trained and do great when riding in the car. I may need a little help learning some manners, but with structure, love, and guidance, I’m going to shine in a home that’s ready to give me the care and affection I deserve.
