Dolly is an approximately 2-year-old stray found in my neighborhood in rough shape. No owner came forward, and she’s been in foster care for over a month. She and her brother, Chance, are deeply bonded and must be adopted together. When found, Dolly had a sore on her back and fleas, but she’s been treated, her wound is healing well, and she’s spayed and vaccinated for rabies. She’s sweet, playful, affectionate, loves toys and cuddles, and gets along with other dogs. She walks well on a leash and rides well in the car. She’s shy and easily frightened by loud noises or stern correction, so she needs an experienced, patient adopter who’ll build her confidence through gentle, positive training. She knows “sit,” is crate-trained, and is partially house-trained, but needs continued work on manners and house-training. She’s energetic, chews enthusiastically, and may bark outdoors.

Sarah’s owner passed away on October 19, 2026. She needs a new home as soon as possible. Sarah is a Boxer-Mix and is multiple shades of blended brown. She was acquired as a new-born and is approximately six years old. She also has had only one owner. Although she can be timid and shy, she warms up to most who will spend time with her. She will make a wonderful pet with most any age owner.

Chance is an approximately 2-year-old stray found in my neighborhood. He’s neutered, vaccinated for rabies, and microchipped from a previous shelter adoption. He and his sister, Dolly, are deeply bonded and must be adopted together. Chance is goofy, affectionate, playful, and smart. He loves toys, plays fetch, and has even taught himself to drop the ball! He walks well on a leash and rides well in the car. He’s wary of unfamiliar people and has shown fear-based reactivity, so slow introductions and an experienced adopter are important. He’s energetic, loves to chew, and barks frequently at sights and sounds outdoors, though he’s generally quiet inside. He knows “sit” but needs continued training, patience, and positive reinforcement. His house-training is a work in progress, and he dislikes going into his crate.
