Jasmine is a rescue dog who was originally adopted by a family living with my sister. When that family moved away, they left Jasmine behind, and my sister lovingly continued to care for her.Sadly, my sister passed away three months ago, and as her next of kin, I took Jasmine into my home. I am 71 years old and live alone. Jasmine is a sweet, affectionate dog, but she would do best in a home with an active family, preferably with children, and someone who can provide consistent training and discipline.Jasmine is very playful and energetic, but she does not consistently respond to my commands and frequently jumps on me in excitement. Recently, she knocked me down, and I am concerned about the possibility of being injured if it happens again.Because of my age and living situation, I believe Jasmine would thrive in a home better suited to her energy level and training needs, where she can receive the attention, structure, and companionship she deserves!

Meet Koa: Professional Cuddler, Amateur Bodybuilder, Owner of the Deepest Bark You’ve Ever Heard Koa was found emaciated and in desperate need of groceries, but somehow he still decided that humans, dogs, cats, kids, and basically every living thing were worthy of his love. We honestly don’t know how he’s this sweet. These days, Koa is focused on two things: gaining weight and collecting cuddles. He’s making excellent progress on both. Koa is potty trained, crate trained, and has impeccable house manners. He’s dog friendly, cat friendly, kid friendly, and “random person I met 3 seconds ago” friendly. If you come to visit, expect to be greeted like a long-lost family member returning from a 10-year voyage at sea. His favorite hobby is cuddling. His second favorite hobby is more cuddling. His third favorite hobby is thinking about cuddling while cuddling. And then there’s the bark. You look at Koa and expect a normal dog bark. What you get is the voice of a 300-pound bouncer who moonlights as a monster truck announcer. The first time you hear it, you’ll look around for the giant dog that surely made that sound. Nope. It’s Koa. He thinks this is hilarious. Despite his rough start, Koa wakes up every day convinced that life is amazing. He’s happy, goofy, affectionate, and grateful for every meal, every toy, and every lap that will have him. If you’ve been searching for an all-around awesome dog who loves everyone, gets along with everything, and comes with a built-in weighted blanket feature, Koa is ready to move in and take over your couch. Tinkerbell is the sweetest girl in the world. She was adopted by us from atlantas shelter as a tiny pup to save her as at the time it was suspected she had some deformity’s. However that is not the case, she is a happy healthy girl. She was rehomed several months ago and unfortunately has been returned to us. She needs more attention than we can currently provide. She loves other dogs, she has a high prey drive for cats and other small outdoor animals (birds,bunnies,squirrels). She loves kids and loves to snuggle at nap time with them. She is kennel trained and potty trained as long as she’s taken out properly. She can be sensitive about sharing her food with other dogs and has been that way from the day she came to us. We really want Tinkerbell to find her forever home even if that’s not with us.
