When he first arrived, Toby wasn't too sure about things, but with patience, love, and plenty of treats (thank you for the Vienna Sausages!), he's learned that humans are actually pretty awesome. Now? He's ready to meet the world! Toby is a fun-loving, playful guy who adores giving hugs, sneaking in kisses, and romping around with other dogs. His playstyle is best described as "rough and tumble," so he'd love a meet-and-greet with any potential doggy siblings before heading home to make sure they can be compatible playmates.
