Story
Maya is a sweetheart. I've had her since she was a puppy. She's now almost 10 years old. She has arthritis in her back and one of her legs so she goes once a month for librela shot and she also has half of a meloxicam that she takes in a bite of a hot dog because she won't eat it by itself. She does very well with the medication. She still bounces in turns and does a little boxer dance when she's excited, which a lot of times is about a treat. And when I come home after I've been gone for a bit. She's not much of a hugger but she does love to be petted and she loves to lick. I hate to give her up. She's my baby. But I'm going to have to have a liver transplant and I can't have either one of my pups in my house with me as my immune system will be shot.

Bubba is a goofy, lovable bulldozer of a dog who is ready to find his people! 💙 He can be a little shy and hesitant at first—especially around men—but give him a little time to settle in, and he’ll quickly decide you’re his new best friend. Once comfortable, Bubba is a total sweetheart who does well with both people and other dogs. He’s still learning just how big and strong he is, though, and his enthusiastic jumps can be a bit much! For that reason, a home with older children would likely be the best fit. Bubba came from a home with very little structure, so he’s currently working on his manners and potty training. He’s making progress and would love an adopter who can give him the patience, consistency, and positive guidance he needs to keep learning. If you’re looking for a big, goofy, slightly clumsy best friend with a whole lot of love to give, Bubba might just be your guy! 🐾💙
