Story
My medical issues prevent me from giving him the exercise he needs. Kain is a sweet, sweet boy. He loves to go for walk once or twice a day) and play in the yard. He's going to be 3 in August so he has some energy but has learned to suppress it since he's been with us older folks that can't do quite so much. We'd love for him to have a family with kids that can play with him. He loves to play fetch and to just sit by you and be petted. Kain is house trained and has never had an accident. He's crate trained, although we don't shut the door as we've never needed to. He comes and goes as he pleases. He's never gotten on the furniture or chewed on anything other than his toys. He does like to bark at the trash trucks and is a great watch dog.Kain is an indoor dog and can be left alone up to 6 to 8 hours. We don't like to ever leave him alone that long, but he can do it if need be. For the right family, Kain comes with all beds, food and toys.

Story
Thank you, Scott Boling, for sponsoring my senior care! I'm $25 to adopt! Manny is a 10-year-old Boxer with a heart even bigger than his 106 lb frame. He's a "distinguished gentleman" in every sense of the word, looking for a cozy place to spend his golden years. Manny was sadly surrendered when his previous owner moved into assisted living, but he hasn't let that dampen his spirits! Why We Love MannyManny recently spent some time in foster care at Woof's Play and Stay, and the reports were glowing. According to the staff, he is truly the "best boy." Here's what makes him special:Social Superstar: He gets along famously with both small and large dogs.Gentle Soul: Despite his size, he is a calm, sweet companion.Retirement Ready: He's mastered the art of relaxation and is ready for a life of naps and gentle head pats.Health & CareManny has a few special requirements to keep him feeling his best:Hypothyroidism: Manny has an underactive thyroid and will need to stay on daily medication for the rest of his life. It's a manageable condition, and our veterinarians will provide a full consultation to his new family to ensure a smooth transition.Joint Support: At 10 years old and 106 lbs, Manny's joints aren't as nimble as they used to be. He would thrive in a single-story home or one with minimal stairs to keep him comfortable. The Perfect MatchManny is a true gentle giant who just wants a soft landing. If you have a big heart (and a big dog bed!), Manny is ready to be your loyal companion.Interested in meeting Manny? Come say hi! He's waiting to show you that seniors really do make the best best friends. Primary Color: Tan /black Weight: 106 Age: 10yrs 8mths 2wks
