Chessie is a spitfire of a girl with a hilariously grumpy-looking face that absolutely does not match her personality. Behind that serious expression is a happy, people-loving pup whose tail is almost always thumping away. She is playful, bouncy, and full of spark, especially when toys are involved. Tug is a favorite, chew bones are non-negotiable, and treats? Yes, please. She’s got impressive hops, endless enthusiasm, and an underbite that somehow makes her grumpy look even cuter. Chessie’s best fit: Chessie is very people-social and loves being with her humans. She does well with select other dogs but has not yet been tested with cats. Her ideal family will embrace her spunky energy, sense of humor, and expressive little face.

Muffin is a sweet, friendly pup, who loves to run around and play tug of war. She is mostly house-trained but still has some accidents. She plays well with other dogs and is good with cats. She does NOT do well with chickens, other poultry birds, or rabbits. She knows a few simple commands, and is very food motivated. We have been working with her about not being mouthy when she plays.
