I got Carlos from a terminal I'll man and I took him in. The Man never really did anything with Carlos just let him run. But he is house broke. He's a good dog very protective of my wife. The problem is I teach martial arts out of my house. He doesn't like people coming over. He bit one of my students on the butt. Carlos grew up with his brother Ollie Ollie was the dominant dog and kick the crap out of Carlos. He lost the lens on one of his eyes and scars on his legs from his brother. I need help please.

Bambi is just a baby who found herself in a cage at Animal Control. She was so scared there that she wouldn’t let anyone take her outside, love on her or play with her. Our president was volunteering one day and decided that cowering in a kennel just wouldn’t do, so she scooped her up and took her home. More info on Bambi soon! Available to Adopt – Major Current location – North of Saginaw MI Bring on the squish! This beautiful 4 year old may win the award for the cutest face. You wont be able to help yourself in wanting to boop that nose. And Major will love all the loving. He is a most affectionate boy, who will be sure to follow you around and give out lots of kisses.  Major is a typical 4 year old boxer boy - very bouncy, has higher energy and can play a bit rough sometimes. He is a fan of other dogs, but he is a rather sturdy dog and should likely have equally matched friends. Major does like to be affectionate to other dogs, and can be an “in your face” type. He is easily corrected, but he will need any friends to be tolerant of that. Major would likely do best with children who are a bit older, so they aren’t accidentally knocked over. He is fairly strong on leash, so continued work with this and someone able to handle his strength are a must. Major seems to have a few insecurities. Loud noises startle him and cause him to scurry away. Things like thunderstorms, fireworks and hair dryers concern him.  Because of this and his desire to chase squirrels and other varmints, we would prefer a physical fence to keep him safe. Cats would likely not be a good fit. He also seems a little unsure of stairs. As much of a follower as he is, he won’t be following you into your basement. If you’re going for a ride in the car though, he’s your man and up for that adventure.  Major would prefer a home where someone is home the majority of the time. While he will go in with a treat, he is not a huge fan of being crated. Once he proves himself to you, there is a good possibility he can be left to free roam.  Are you the home we seek that will properly appreciate this playful, affectionate and sweetheart of a boxer boy? ##1853467##

Meet Phineas! Phineas is a Boxer mix that loves walks and play time! His favorite toys are tennis balls and he could chase them for hours! Not only is Phineas fun a lot of fun, he also is super friendly and loveeees people! For these reasons, he absolutely adores going out on walks with our volunteers! We would like to also give you an idea of how smart this big, loveable goof is! He has memorized the order in which the dogs are rotated out of their kennels, and he will get more and more excited as his turn gets closer!! We love Phineas' personality and we soak up every minute we can with him, but he does need to find his forever home!
