Story
Sydney will be 2 years old in July. She needs a home that understands nervous, sensitive dogs and can help her continue to grow. She is naturally sweet, affectionate, and very loyal. She bonds strongly with her person and that contributes to some of her challenges. She is nervous and skittish, especially in situations where she feels unsure or pressured. I feel she wants to do the right thing, but her fear can sometimes take over. There is one important behavior that needs to be shared: When Sydney first comes out of her crate, she can show aggression toward the person she loves the most. This behavior is rooted in fear and confusion, not a lack of attachment. Once she has a moment to settle down, she immediately returns to being the loving gentle dog she truly is.Sydney currently lives with 3 Boxer brothers and a Dalmatian sister, and she loves playing with them.Sydney is a wonderful dog who just needs the right environment, patience and understanding. It has to be the right fit for her.

Story
Nickname: Chevrolets Meet Chevy, the sweetest 4-year-old, 60-pound adventurer you’ll ever meet! With his slight underbite, his lips sometimes get adorably stuck on his teeth, giving him a constant goofy grin that’s impossible not to love. Chevy is a beautiful soul who adores people, lives for playtime with his toys, and is always ready for a good run or a long walk—he walks pretty well on leash, too. He’s got a striking black-dipped tail that adds to his charm, and his friendly nature makes him a hit with other dogs. Chevy would do well with sturdy kids, though he may occasionally jump up for hugs in his excitement. He already knows “sit” and takes treats gently like a gentleman when asked but needs some reminders here and there. While he still needs to be cat-tested, one thing is certain—he’s a big, lovable mush with a joyful spirit and so much love to give. Come meet Chevy and bring home your new best friend today!

Story
Nickname: Bamberini Meet Bambi, an adorable deer-colored girl with the cutest little wrinkles on her snoot and a smile that could brighten anyone’s day! This silly summer queen loves running around the yards, soaking up the sunshine, and making everyone laugh with her goofy personality. Bambi is great with kids and does well with respectful, playful dog friends too — although, let’s be honest, some dogs just don’t appreciate her vibes, and she’s not afraid to yell at them about it! Because of that, a meet and greet is recommended to make sure everyone clicks. Bambi isn’t a fan of cats, but hey… nobody’s perfect. What she is perfect at, though, is enjoying the good things in life: pup cups, cozy cuddles, outdoor adventures, warm sunshine, and being your fun-loving sidekick all summer long. If you’re looking for a sweet, hilarious, affectionate dog to keep life exciting, Bambi is your girl!
