She loves running and playing and then cuddle with her family. She is dog friendly, with proper introduction. She is better for older kids because of her energy. She is not fond of a collar or leash, but loves to go! Mabel deserves a loving family that will include her in their daily life!

She is very sweet. Very good car rider. Lots of energy. Might do okay with other dogs but my dog doesn't like her. She does know basic commands. I don't mind helping getting her fixed before you adopt. She is a stray. Animal control has never made it out to get her and all the shelters are full. I really can't keep her much longer.

Daisy is a happy, sweet and loving older girl that needs someone to love.  She was adopted as a pup and returned when her owner passed away.  She is a big girl and she was a bit overweight when returned.  We are working on a diet and because of her previous weight she has some arthritis in her hind legs.March 14, 2026, 4:47 pm

“Maggie” is a 3.5 – 4-year-old Boxer mix that we received from Animal Welfare. We don’t know her exact history, but her body condition and being extremely heartworm positive tells us she’s already lived quite a life. Since her arrival, “Maggie” has been nothing but extremely sweet and well-mannered. She gets along with other dogs and absolutely loves people. She is currently undergoing heartworm treatment and handling it like a pro. You can submit an application at enidspca.org or visit the kennels Thursday and Friday from 12 pm - 4 pm and every Saturday 12 pm - 3 pm.

Story
Axel is the sweetest dog we've ever had. He's going on 5 years old. He Is the biggest cuddle bug and loves a good nap, it may be his favorite thing to do. He's very will trained and is very obedient. He's great with kids and is non reactive to virtually anything going on around him. Doesn't bark at the door, new people or anything for that matter. Also does not react to fireworks. Unfortunately I've taken a new job that requires me to travel extensively and I'm just not able to provide the quality of life I once was. He is constantly being boarded or left alone and it's very unfair to such a great pup. I'm not in dire need to re home him, but if the right family comes up that can provide him with a loving life, I will consider it. I'm willing to travel for meet and greets to see if it's the right fit. As I said, I'm not hurting to re-home him. He's a great dog, he just deserves a family that's present. I'm only home 3 days a month now. It's not fair to him.
