Meet Bruiser, a big love bug! He is looking for a loving home. He doesn’t know how to snuggle, but he loves to rub his head against yours, it’s how he shows love! He was dealt a bad hand in life, but it hasn’t slowed him down a bit! He loves to be with his people, laying around, or sunbathing outside. He’s crate trained and potty trained and goes to his crate so willingly! He sleeps in his crate and doesn’t make a peep! He’s been around cats and is still a little unsure about them, but loves to sniff them and is so gentle when they’re nearby. We think over time he would be able to be friends with cats! He hasn’t really been around kids, but he’s never had issues with people! He does have a tendency to be snappy and lunge at new dogs in public places, but he’s never had ANY issues with dogs he knows. He would have to be introduced slowly to new dogs. This handsome fella is great with people and gets along ok with the dog and cat in the foster home.  They do feed him separately to avoid any issues with food guarding. He is housetrained with a dog door . He loves to play fetch, chase squirrels, and play with kids. He lis a snuggler, and loves to be petted.
