Abbie is a sweetheart that loves to cuddle. She doing very well going outside to do her business, crate/kennel time, and sit and leave it commands. She doesnt like harsh tones and thinks she is in trouble if you say Abigail. She wags her tail a lot. She is not aggressive with her food or toys. She is very curious about her surroundings. She loves looking out the window. Abbie is around 3 years young. Her vet records say PitX, but we believe her to be more on the Foxhound/Boxer mix side. Abbie is UTS on all her shots, housebroken, HW neg and microchipped. She LOVES people, but we recommend that she be an only dog. She does very well on leash walking and loves to go on walks.Abbie is a big girl around 60 lbs. If you would like to meet Abbie please let us know!!

Hi, I’m Dolly! I’ve been told I’m a pretty special girl and I think they’re right. I’m sweet, loving, and as loyal as they come. Every human I meet is my new best friend (yes, kids too!), and I’m always ready to share cuddles, tail wags, and all the love in my big heart. I came to the shelter with my puppies, and one by one, I watched them all find their forever homes. I was so happy for them… but I’m still waiting for mine. I’ve been here almost two years now, and sometimes I wonder if people just don’t see me the way the staff does. They say I’m their favorite (don’t tell the others), and they love dressing me up. I’m always happy to show off a cute outfit if it makes you smile! I do have one small request: I’d like to be your one and only pet. I promise, I’ll give you more than enough love to make up for it. All I want is a home, a family to call my own, and someone who won’t pass me by.

We got Kiera 1.5ish yrs ago. For the first yr, she did fine with all 3 of my dogs…all around her size/little bigger, males & females. 3 mths ago, she initiated a fight with 1 our other dogs. We gave it about 2 wks to let things cool down. Tried them again out in the yard, everything was fine until Kiera went up to the same one she fought with…Kiera sniffed her, the other growled & they fought again. I brought her to the vet to make sure nothing is wrong. She was put on a mood stabilizer to hopefully help. I work 6 days a wk & out of town 3-4 nts a wk. I don’t trust my teenage child or mom in her 60s to potentially break up a fight. So sadly she’s had to go out alone & spend most of her time in a crate. She is (rightfully) depressed & I’m hoping to rehome her. She’s 45lbs, spayed, potty trained, crate trained, & food/treat motivated. She is approx 2.5 yrs old. Never been out loose around cats or small kids, but acts fine when by her crate. Would probably do best with her as an only pet.

Brinks has scars that appear to tell a story. We have no idea what caused them but whatever it was it had to hurt. Brinks however is a happy go lucky boy who left all that in the past where it belongs. Going forward Brinks loves life and everyone he meets. He is very smart and obedient and has shown over and over that he is a lover not a fighter. He is a energetic, young boy who definitely needs a playmate that matches his energy. We believe he might be a bit much for smaller dogs and requires dogs his size that don’t mind a in your face dog because our boy does not believe in any personal space when it comes to other dogs 🤪. He absolutely loves people and gives hugs when he wants to show his love ❤️. Brinks is crate trained and a quiet boy in his crate. He also does not have accidents in his crate as long as he gets out in a timely manner. He is around 1 year young and up to date on all his vaccines as well as microchipped and neutered. He received a six month Proheart injection to keep him HW negative. Brinks would love to find a home for the Holidays.
