Story
Hi! My name is Pebbles! I am a beautiful 7-8 year old flashy reverse brindle girl who is an adopted return owner surrender due to my owner now traveling and feels that I am home alone and kenneled too much. I am described as friendly, smart, calm, affectionate, quiet, obedient, and a dignified lady! I am well behaved and am men, women, and kid friendly! In a previous foster home I lived with a 6-year-old kid and did well with him and enjoyed meeting kids in the park and letting them pet me. I love my “lambie”, will carry it to bed every night, and prefer plush toys but do not chew them up. I’m a smart girl that is easily trainable and knows “sit”, “come”, and “fetch” and am easily redirected if needed. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in my crate. When the humans are away I am good by myself and am trusted to freely roam when they are gone for short errands. When outside (with or without the humans) I do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. I’m selective about my dog friends and need a slow introduction or be the only dog in the home. I prefer a low key/low energy friend that is laid back and nonreactive. When I am around other dogs outside of the home, I am fine with them as long as their energy is lower than mine. I love to please the humans and will light up when I am dotted on for doing well. I’m a little posh and enjoy super soft blankets to lay on, even in addition to an already soft dog bed. I do not like rain, but love my lambie toy, food, treats, and following the humans around the house!
