Sophie is a one year old rescue. I found her as a puppy in the middle of a busy highway and could not abandon her but we have tried for almost a year to find her a good home, during this time we have fallen in love with her but realize she deserves a better home, we do not have a secure fence so for her to be able to go outside means that she has free reign in the neighborhood , very close to busy streets, where I rescued her , that gives us constant worry, also the fact that we live in west Odessa and there are so many stray dogs I am afraid she will be attacked, or worse shot at. We have to keep her kenneled during the day which sometimes can be up to 8 hours or more, and its just not fair to her. we have trained her to use bells at the front door when she needs to go potty and has almost never had an accident inside. she is kennel trained, and is so sweet, has never shown any signs of aggression , she loves to cuddle, and loves our cat. please help.

I got lily as a 3 month baby in February 2025. DOB unknown (somewhere between late November and early December) but at the vet I set her DOB to 12/08/2024. She came from my sister’s dog’s litter. Mother is a pure bred pitbull and the father is a pure bred Labrador. I live in an apartment and don’t spend as much time with Lily due to work. I feel bad for keeping her in an apartment and would like to find her a suitable home so she can have a backyard to run around in and be in a much bigger space. She’s a 55lb baby and loves to cuddle. She’s really good and careful with kids and gets very excited often. She doesn’t go out much so she gets scared of people and other dogs. But she’s just curious and wants to play.
