Story
Hilaria is an 8-month-old, 35-pound Boxer mix with a bright mind, a loving heart, and a playful spirit. She is a lovely young dog who is looking for a home that understands her needs and will give her the structure, exercise, and guidance she needs to thrive. Around adults, Hilaria is wonderfully respectful of boundaries and has a sweet, easygoing side. She learns quickly and responds well to direction—tell her “off” or “no” when she gets somewhere she shouldn’t be, and she’s happy to listen. She is also showing great potential with house training and has already learned to let her people know when she needs to go outside. Hilaria is happiest when she gets to PLAY! She absolutely loves her flirt stick and tug/rope toys and can happily keep a game going for an hour or more. After she has had a good workout, she settles nicely and is more than happy to enjoy some belly rubs and downtime with her people. She also rides well in the car and enjoys being with her humans. She is still very much a puppy and has some important things to work on. Hilaria is reactive toward other dogs when they are in sight . She will need an experienced adopter who is prepared to continue working on her leash reactivity and can manage her environment while she learns. Hilaria is not currently a good match for a home with young children. She sees them more as a toy to play with. She would likely be fine with teenagers, just not babies and toddlers right now. The right home for Hilaria will be one that appreciates an active, intelligent young dog and is ready to give her plenty of exercise, consistent boundaries, training, and enrichment. In the right setting, we believe Hilaria has all the makings of an incredibly happy and devoted companion. If you’re looking for a smart, playful, affectionate young dog and are ready to help Hilaria continue becoming her very best self, she may be the girl for you

Story
❤️ MEET ADDIE! ❤️ Addie is a 2-year-old spayed female Boxer who didn’t get the best start in life, but she’s ready for a brand-new beginning. 🐾 This squishy-faced little girl is goofy, sweet, and full of personality! She can be a bit timid when meeting new people, but once she feels comfortable, her joyful and comical personality shines through. 🥰 Addie does wonderfully with dogs of all sizes. She enjoys chasing, mild play, and having canine friends around, but she isn’t a fan of super rough play. She’s looking for a home where she can continue to build confidence and discover just how wonderful life can be. She is crate trained, now house trained, and learning what it’s like to be part of a loving home—for the very first time. ❤️ We just know that Addie is going to steal someone’s heart. Her goofy antics, sweet face, and gentle spirit make her one very special girl! 🏡 Could Addie be your new best friend? If you’re interested in giving Addie the loving forever home she deserves, please submit an adoption application at: 🌐 www.pottersangelsrescue.org Let’s give this girl the fresh start she’s been waiting for. ❤️🐾
