Story
Solstice is a handsome grey tabby kitten born on 3/20/2026 with striking markings and a playful, energetic personality. He can be a little shy at first in new situations, but he warms up quickly and soon shows off his fun-loving, curious side.Once comfortable, Solstice is all about playtime, exploring, and kitten adventures. He’s energetic, playful, and loves to stay busy, but he also has a sweet side and enjoys spending time with his people. His unique tabby markings make him especially eye-catching, and his personality is just as memorable.Solstice gets along well with other cats and would likely enjoy a home with a feline companion. He’s also great with kids. His experience with dogs is unknown. He is litter box trained, has no special needs, and is ready to find a loving forever home.If you’re looking for a kitten with lots of personality, playful energy, and a sweet heart once he settles in, Solstice could be the perfect fit for your family.

Story
Hi there, my name is Nantucket. I am a very sweet and laidback kitty that would love nothing more than a warm lap, good food, and the love of a forever family. Adopting a senior cat like me would be a perfect fit for families that enjoy a more relaxed household. With a senior cat, what you see is, for the most part, what you get when it comes to temperament and personality! I am currently under the care of the shelter medical team at HSHV. If you would like to learn more about me, please reach out to the Adoption Desk at (734) 662-5585.

Story
We received Sumac after a close coworker had to rehome him as her husband was allergic. We have two other cats and Sumac adjusted well and they all get along. Since adopting Sumac, we have moved states and become pregnant with our second and it has become difficult to care for a third cat. Sumac is a year and three months old. Born early May! He is playful, curious and independent.

Story
Cloud came up to my house about a week ago. I let him in and he ate some food and he stayed that night. I got him scanned and there was no microchip. I took him to the vet to get checked out and I took my other kitty to get fixed and him to get fixed. And unfortunately Cloud is positive for FIV. That just means he has to be the only cat. He also wasnt friendly with my cats. So I need to find him a home ASAP. Has I have been keeping him separated in the basement. And it is not ideal for him. Especially now I dont want to chance to introduce them to my cats and have them accidentally get in a fight and get it. He is up to date on shots and he is now fixed. Perfect for a home with senior or maybe an apartment with one animal allowed? He is so friendly with humans I want him to have a good chance!!!
