Story
We found Finn as a stray at my mother’s house. We have had him for 4 years so that is roughly his age as we got him as a kitten. We hate to have to give him up, but would much rather he have a loving home than have to be taken to a shelter.

Story
We’ve made the bittersweet decision to search for a new home for our sweet cat, Scout (pictured, white calico female). I’ve raised her from a kitten, and she’s now 8 years old with lots of years of a healthy life to go. Scout is super sweet (likes to cuddle with anyone who will hold her), talkative, and LOVES humans. But, now with two small kids, Scout is having a hard time getting the attention she needs in our home. She is also not thriving with toddler life… IYKYK. We’d love to find a home for Scout where she could get more 1-on-1 attention. She gets along with dogs and cats. She is mostly good with kids, but will scratch if handled wrong. (*Note, Scout is declawed on her front feet, so she won’t be able to spend a lot of time outdoors.) The ideal home would be someone wanting a low maintenance snuggle buddy or a family with older kids who want a cuddly cat. Scout is a sweetheart, and I’d love to see her thrive somewhere she’d get a little more affection.

Story
We adopted Chalupa 3.5 years ago after she was fostered by a friend. We wanted a companion for our first cat. She had been a stray and had been gravely injured by a dog bite on her leg and went through surgery. We’re not sure how long she was on the streets, but she’s a survivor and a sweetheart. She did okay for the first year and a half. Unfortunately, she has been unhappy and extra anxious since our toddler was born. We’ve tried everything we can to make her more comfortable, but she’s just not happy. She would do best in a quiet home without kids or dogs. She needs someone who is patient and able to give her a calm environment. She is a bit territorial, but she gets along with other cats, especially if they like to play. She loves to cuddle and may join you in bed. Automatic feeder, tree, food, litter box included. We are devastated but feel this is best for her happiness and wellbeing.
