I was used as a "tester" cat at a dog agility course. They have retired me so it's my turn to do what I want. I'm looking for my forever family. I just want to be able to be a cat.   This sweet boy is shy at first. Slow to warm up but with gentle patience he loves all the pets. He likes to sit back and watch the others play but appreciates play time on his own. He's good with dogs and other cats but wouldn't mind be loved as an only kitty! ##2365271##

Story
Sureyya is a 5-year-old purebred British Shorthair with a calm and affectionate personality. We adopted him in 2020 from New York, and he’s been a wonderful part of our family ever since. He is an easygoing, well-mannered cat who enjoys quiet time, cozy corners, and the occasional head scratch. Sureyya is great with kids and gets along well with other animals; a true gentleman of the feline world. Unfortunately, over the years, my wife has developed cat allergies that have made it increasingly difficult for her to be around him, despite how much we all adore him. After a lot of thought and heartbreak, we have decided it’s best to find him a loving new home where he can continue to thrive. Sureyya is healthy, litter-trained, and up-to-date on all vaccinations.

A young, once feral tabby named Richmond (after Richmond street where I found her), is ready for a loving family. Richmond was living under a construction site office trailer in downtown Providence. I began feeding her every day until I felt I could successfully trap her. I worked with Pawswatch to have her spayed and vaccinated and have since been rehabbing/socializing her in my home with my two small dogs and 1 other feral cat. Richmond is a vibrant, energetic and affectionate young cat who's ready for her furever home. She has made my apartment her little queendom where she is comfortable, thriving and learned that humans are trustworthy and a great source for love and affection. It's important to me that she ends up in the hands of a family/individual committed to providing her with the care she deserves so be prepared for some level of vetting. Age: 1 yr Rabies, FVRCP 03/21/25 Spayed 03/21/25 Microchipped Flea/tick prevention administered 03/21/25 Heartworm, FIV, FeLV negative

Meet Kiki Kiki is about 8 or 9 years old. She was brought to the shelter when her owner passed away. She is sweet as she can be but continues to be passed over for younger cats. Kiki is friendly and loves to be pet. She is a little slow due to her age, but is perfect as is. Kiki is a resident of Lincoln / Cumberland shelter.
