Mochi is an 11 month old kitty who never really had her kitten kindergarten, so we've been working on that in our group. She is a stout girl, built more like a British Short hair rather than the American SH cat but her face is more like the American type. She is friendly, very playful, and sweet. She is up to date on her vaccines and spayed. Her adoption fee is $100.

If you’ve been dreaming of a big, orange, belly-up couch companion, Crispy Biscuits could be the boy for you!  Named for his crispy meows and his nonstop biscuits, Crispy loves nothing more than to be curled up in your lap or in your arms. Although he is still a kitten (born 2.14.25) he’s a quiet and easygoing guy and doesn’t have the traditional kitten energy to burn. Come bake a recipe for love with Crispy! Our Adoption Process: Meet the Adoption Criteria. Before you do anything else, make sure you meet our adoption criteria. You must be at least 21 years old. You must live within a 60-mile radius of Richardson, Texas. You must share veterinary records for all pets currently in your home and all pets owned in the last five years. All pets in the home must be spayed or neutered. If you rent your home, you must provide verification that pets are allowed on the property. You must be willing to be interviewed by an adoption counselor and you must undergo an in person or virtual home visit from an RHS representative. Complete Application.  https://www.richardsonhumanesociety.org/adopt/ Phone Interview/Vet Check. Compatible applicants will be forwarded to a counselor who will contact the applicant for a phone interview. We also get a reference from your vet, if applicable. Home Visit. If all the steps above are completed satisfactorily, we will set up a visit where you can meet the pet you are interested in. We will try to include the foster parent so you can learn more about how the pet is in a home environment. Due to COVID, we may ask you to send a video of your yard and the pet's expected living space. Complete Adoption. If all feel it is a good match, we will schedule the adoption at your home or an off-site location. The applicant will need to complete the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. Our adoption fee is $250 for adult dogs, $300 for puppies (under 1 year) and $135 for cats.
