Story
Biscuit is an Arabian Mau who traveled all the way from Kuwait. He is a gentle, sweet boy with a calm and loving nature. He truly enjoys being petted and will happily soak up attention once he feels comfortable. While he may be a little shy at first, Biscuit warms up quickly with just a bit of patience and kindness, revealing a soft and affectionate personality. Biscuit enjoys the company of other confident cats and does well around a calm, respectful dog. With his easygoing demeanor and quiet charm, he’s the kind of cat who will happily keep you company and bring a sense of warmth and tranquility to your days. If you’re looking for a kind-hearted, gentle companion who will blossom with a little love, Biscuit may be the perfect match for you. Biscuit tested FIV positive. That just means he may have a lower immune system, but can live a normal, long life. FIV+ cats can safely live with negative cats as long as there is no fighting since FIV is passed via deep bite wounds.

Story
Maxine is a healthy spayed female who will be turning 4 this summer. She responds to her name and enjoys hanging out in quiet spots at home and looking out the window. She enjoys pets and sometimes loves belly rubs. She plays with toys both on her own and with people. She regularly eats both dry and wet food, but prefers wet food. She also enjoys treats and has eaten dry food from a food puzzle.Maxine is well-behaved and has never had any litterbox issues. We regularly trim her nails, which she usually tolerates well. She visited the vet within the past year. The only health issue the vet identified is a chipped tooth and that she may need a dental cleaning.Maxine is not interested in going outdoors at all and tends to be anxious or get scared easily at times. She would thrive in a calm family or with an adult female. She's fine with men she knows, but seems to prefer ladies. She doesn't mind other small pets and kids.
