Jack is a good dog, but as a bird hunter, is not good with chickens. Despite our best efforts to train him, he has killed a lot of our flock. He is good with kids and other animals though (cats, goats, other dogs). He likes to run outside but is friendly too. He is 8 years old.

Meet Bridget 🐾 Bridget is an adorable speckled puppy with the classic “mini bird-dog” look — chocolate coloring, freckled legs, and bright curious eyes. At just over 10 weeks old, she is right in the fun stage of discovering the world and learning how to be a dog. Bridget’s mom weighs about 24 lbs, so we expect her to grow into a perfect small-to-medium companion, likely around 20–25 lbs full grown. Like all young puppies, Bridget is still learning everything that comes with growing up — potty routines, leash skills, and house manners. She will thrive in a home ready for puppy energy, structure, and positive training as she continues to grow. Bridget has that classic sporting-dog look and will likely enjoy an active home where she can explore, learn, and be part of the family’s daily life. Meet Charlie! This sweet boy and his sister Pup wound up at a shelter after their owner died in a tornado. These two love each other very much and would make any lucky family happy! Both have heart issues and can’t be overly active. They love to romp and wiggle nonetheless! Followed by a nice deep snooze. If you’re looking for a bonded pair of pups that will love you immensely and keep you laughing, these are the two for you!
