Story
Introducing the adorable trio of Sophie, Specks, and Screech, a bundle of puppy joy ready for each to find their own forever homes! Rescued and cared for by NBRAN, they are now seeking their own loving families who can provide them with the time and patience they need to grow and learn all the essential aspects of life. Sophie Soph is a black-and-white cutie who resembles a Collie. She's a true lover and cuddler, always seeking affection and warmth from her human companions. With her endearing personality, Sophie is sure to steal hearts wherever she goes. Specks, on the other hand, carries the Brittany Spaniel gene, making him a unique and special sweetheart. His gentle nature and loving disposition make him the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loyal and affectionate furry friend. Screech, the most outgoing of the bunch, has boundless energy for life. His curious nature keeps him exploring, always on the lookout for new adventures and playmates. Whether it's with humans or fellow dogs, Screech is a happy-go-lucky boy who gets along with everyone, spreading joy wherever he roams. All three puppies are up to date on their vaccinations, with just one last puppy booster needed to complete their protection. They currently weigh between 16 to 18 lbs and are as charming as can be in their black and white fur coats. If you're ready to welcome a delightful puppy into your home and heart, Sophie, Specks, and Screech are eagerly waiting for you. Providing them with a loving environment, training, and care will allow them to blossom into wonderful canine companions. Embrace the joy and fulfillment of adopting one of these puppies, and you'll be rewarded with a lifetime of love, loyalty, and playful moments. To start the adoption process, contact NBRAN and fill out an adoption application at www.nbran.org and express your interest in Sophie, Specks, or Screech.  Remember, patience and love will be key in helping them grow into well-rounded and happy dogs. So don't hesitate; bring home a puppy and make your family complete with the addition of either Sophie, Specks, or Screech! The adoption fee for OK/Sophie Soph, or Specks, or Screech who lives in Tulsa, OK is $425 ($350 adoption fee plus a $75  refundable spay/neuter deposit upon verification of spay/neuter),  which helps to offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.  If you are interested in making Sophie or Specks or Screech part of your family, please complete the online application by visiting www.nbran.org .  Contact the South Central Region Coordinators Melinde Waddle at macgammy@gmail.com , Chris Wagoner at cwnbran@gmail.com  , and/or Nancy Walker at nwalker@capecod.net  and then let your state coordinator know so you can get the ball rolling.  A phone interview, home visit, and vet check will be required as part of the approval process by your state coordinator, before talking to the foster of these precious pups.  Transportation can be arranged up 1400 miles with the adopter being responsible for at least the last 100 miles.      September 23, 2023, 8:54 pm

Story
Hi, my name is Bud, I am an orange/white 58 # handsome darling neutered  Brittany boy, and I am looking for my forever home.  Are you looking for a dog to be your best friend?  I think we could be a great match! I am 9 years old and have lived with my family my whole life.  They had some medical issues and made the hard decision to let me go.  I am a perfect gentleman in the house, completely housebroken, and never get into things I shouldn’t.  I walk nicely on a leash and get very excited when it’s time for a walk.  I like other dogs and cats, too.  I get along with everyone I meet and always have a silly grin on my face. I love to cuddle and follow my people everywhere they go.  I’m an excellent car rider.  I like to spend time outside, but I’m equally happy watching TV with you.  I’m a tall Brittany with long legs, so I weigh more than the average Brittany! I do have to take medicine twice a day for my thyroid.   I am UTD on vaccines, on hw prevention, and deemed healthy by the vet.    I need a family that will spoil me and make me their special baby boy. The adoption fee for TX/Bud, who lives in McKinney, TX  is $350,  which helps to offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.  If you are interested in making TX/Bud part of your family, please complete the online application by visiting www.nbran.org .  Contact the South Central Region Coordinators Melinde Waddle at macgammy@gmail.com  and/or Chris Wagoner at cwnbran@gmail.com and/or Nancy Walker at nwalker@capecod.net  and then let your state coordinator know so we can get the ball rolling.  A phone interview, home visit, and vet check will be required as part of the approval process by your state coordinator, before talking to the foster of Bud.  Transportation can be arranged up to 1400 miles with the adopter being responsible for at least the last 100 miles. MEDICAL NOTES:  He does take Thyroxine as his thyroid meds (Approx $40/Mthly), and was treated for Ehrlichia his bloodwork shows he is not positive, just shows he had it in a snap test.  His liver value was high, but he was way overweight, he was 83 lbs and now 58 lbs, he has dropped so much weight his ALP has improved by over 600 points.  We and the vet believe he is healthy and with good food and a healthy diet, he will enjoy a normal healthy life.   We did an Ultrasound and everything was good.  We did that to make sure nothing was causing the problem besides weight.   His skin is looking great, he had/has skin allergies and is on Apoquel.  I think it would depend on where he will live.  In high allergy areas $100 to $130 monthly or you can do Cytopoint injections.  Right now he is looking fantastic.  September 23, 2023, 8:54 pm

Story
Hello, my name is Davey.  AKC Brittany I am a cute, handsome 2-year-old neutered energetic boy if I don’t say so myself.  I am up to date on all vaccines.  I am heartworm negative, and I am on heartworm, flea and tick preventive. I love being able to play outside and I especially love to run and chase those pesky squirrels and lizards which makes your backyard safe from being attacked.  I weigh around 46 pounds and love playing with kids in the backyard.  I am crated trained and housebroken.  I have a tail which is the most beautiful looking tail you have ever seen.  I have some basic training. I was surrendered to NBRAN because my previous older owner couldn’t keep up with me and didn’t have the time for me.  I love to be loved, cuddled, and I will even hug you back.  I do require a physical fence and another young fun-loving pup to play with. NO CATS. From Foster Mom:  Davey is a wonderful dog.  He is loving, playful, trustworthy, and intelligent.  He loves playing with his foster 4-legged siblings, made friends at the dog park, and received high praise from his day at doggie day care.  He is a smart boy and a fast learner. He learned to sit when we said “go for a walk”, and patiently waited for us to put the leash on him and open the door.  Does well in the crate, likes to take naps at times in his crate with door open. He loves to cuddle on the bed and couch and really enjoys having a throw pillow or blanket to cuddle up on. The adoption fee for Davey is $400 which helps offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.  If you are interested in making Davey part of your family, please complete the on-line application by visiting www.nbran.org.  Once the application has been completed, you will be contacted by your state coordinator.  A phone interview, home visit and vet check will be required as part of the approval process by your state coordinator, before talking to the foster of Davey.  Transportation can be arranged up to 1400 miles with the adopter being responsible for at least the last 100 miles.          September 23, 2023, 8:54 pm
