Story
Pickle was purchased from a local breeder. He will be 5 years old in June. It’s very important to me that Pickle is placed in a home that will be his forever home. I do not want him to get bounced around because he isn’t placed in the right home. I’m hoping he will go somewhere he can run/walk and get attention. He is used to being a house dog, not a working dog, so please don’t give him to a hunter who keeps him outside in a kennel. He is a bird dog and will go after chickens, if given the chance. He’s very energetic and emotional. He needs a home which is experienced with high energy dogs. Pickle was in a 2 adult home which have since separated. His energy is difficult to maintain for 1 full time working, older person. He knows some commands but still pulls on a leash. He does well with other dogs and kids, he has not been around cats.

Peanut was saved from a home who couldn’t care for him when he was 4 months old he was also the runt of his litter so he was taken in by a lovely family. He is now looking for a new forever home due to his family relocating. He would be best in a home with no children and cats. He was listed as not potty trained but he can be if he is taken out every three to four hours but he sleep’s through the night. He is good with other dogs as long as proper introductions are followed. He’s a cuddle bug and loves to sleep with his owner. He knows tricks such as sit, down, Paw, spin and a few others. He also thinks he’s a bit of a guard dog and will let you know if someone is at your door or walking around your home. Another thing about peanut is although his bark is loud his heart is even bigger.
