Meet Harvey! 💙This gentle giant came into care as a stray and although we have only known him for a short period of time, he has already shown us how sweet he is! Harvey has gotten along with all staff and passes time lounging in his bed, leaning in for pets, or sniffing around the yard. Due to his size, a house with a yard would be ideal. Harvey is a smart boy and knows sit and paw. Ongoing obedience training would be beneficial to keep his brain in tip-top shape. Harvey has a neuter booked in Richmond BC. Meet Ella, an Anatolian mastiff mix!She is a super smart and sweet girl, capable of picking up new tricks quickly! She is already crate-trained and has a good sense of basic obedience, already knowing sit, down, and shake a paw! She has a lot of energy to burn and a very clever mind, so she will need someone willing to give her the exercise and mental stimulation she needs.Ella has been previously trained on a gentle leader/halti and displays good leash manners on walks; however, she occasionally struggles with some dog reactivity. She has the tendency to get overexcited and jump up to greet people, so she will need some help learning to stay calm and keep four paws on the floor.Ella loves playing with other dogs, but her sassy nature doesn't make it easy for her to live with them, so she should be the only dog in the house.***Thank you for your interest in adopting! Neglected by his owner and taken away by animal control! Came back to our care skin and bones! This sweet boy, despite all the neglect, is still the most loving boy ever! He does amazing with all people and dogs. We can cat test on request. None of us have kids but were sure he will be just fine. He is in California and theres transport to Vancouver available.
