Story
Hondo is a big teddy bear. He loves cuddles and will steal your whole heart. He's content to snooze the day away on the couch with you and occasionally loves a short walk or to fetch a tennis ball! Hondo would do well in just about any home with a decent yard, as long as you have the time to give him all the love! He has a habit of stepping on toes and knocking our littles over. For this reason, big kids may be better, but he's always been great with everyone. Hondo is potty trained, crate trained, and has been leash and recall trained, though we haven't kept up with it as well as we should've. The only real struggle we've had with Hondo is with clipping his nails. He HATES it. He takes daily allergy meds. He's an itchy boy. Hondo has had issues with dominant male dogs in the past, but no other animals or people. Overall, he's a great dog. We have 2 kids under 3, work full-time, and I've developed pet allergies as I've gotten older, so we aren't loving him like we should!
