Mina is a stunning young kitten with a tender heart and a rare beauty. As a female orange tabby, she’s something truly special. Only about 1 in 5 orange tabbies are female! Her bright, golden-yellow eyes are striking against her soft orange fur, and they perfectly reflect her sweet and soulful personality. At just 6 months old, Mina has already shown incredible resilience. She was originally brought to a vet clinic for a spay, but due to being underweight and unwell, surgery was postponed. The couple who brought her in mentioned she was a neighborhood stray, and due to allergies, they planned to return her outside once she was picked up. Thankfully, the clinic reached out to The Purrty Pals, and we welcomed Mina with open arms. Since then, she has fully recovered, been spayed and vaccinated, and is now thriving in foster care. Mina is a social butterfly and lives harmoniously with several cats and dogs. She loves to play, cuddle, and be part of the action. She would do best in a home with other friendly animals and a human companion she can snuggle up with at night—she loves being part of a pack and isn’t meant to be alone. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind kitten with a gentle soul, playful spirit, and unforgettable eyes, Mina is ready to brighten your home and your heart.

She's gentle, easygoing, and gets along wonderfully with other cats, making her a perfect addition to an existing kitty family or a great companion for someone looking for a calm, living feline friend. Jet is a five year old tuxedo male. He is very independent but does enjoy pets and cuddles. He will also curl up next to you on your bed or couch. He will bring you socks as gifts when he is feeling playful. He has only lived indoors and is very scared of the outside world. He's easily spooked and needs safe places he can retreat to. He would do well in a calm home with no dogs. He's fine on his own throughout the day, but would like a loving owner he can relax next to in the evenings. We really love him but we know our chaotic environment with a lot of kids and dogs is not the best for him. We want somewhere he can feel safe and loved.

This sweet girl came into my garage during the heavy rains in November. She greeted me enthusiastically and then followed me into my house in North Whittier. She was very skinny, so probably on the street for a few weeks, but obviously a house cat. She recognized the refrigerator/freezer and ate some chicken ravenously. I found a box and ordered some litter. She had no problem waiting until the box was ready to use a few hours later. She jumped in and peed immediately. There have been no accidents! She is very affectionate, loves to be petted, and follows me constantly. I am a senior citizen who uses a walker, so it's hard for me to manage having her under my feet plus the daily chores. I want her to have a home with people who will give her love and attention. The vet says she is just under one year old. She has been treated for fleas and worms, although I didn't see them. She is getting vaccinated, chipped, and spayed on Dec. 15.
