Story
We joyfully welcomed this beautiful cat into our family from a farm, where she has been a constant source of happiness. She adores belly rubs and ear scratches, and gets along wonderfully with both children and other cats. Playing with toys and interacting with kids are among her favorite activities. Although she had a scuffle a few months ago that left a scar on her left eye, she has fully recovered and is as lively and healthy as ever. Outdoors, she particularly enjoys walks in the woods. Regrettably, due to our impending move, we are unable to bring her along. It pains us deeply, but we are committed to finding her a new loving home where she can continue to thrive as a cherished companion. We hold her in deep affection and are eager to find the perfect match for her. Please understand that she bears scars from a previous encounter with a wild animal, but these have healed over time. If you are willing to accept her as she is, we would be delighted to entrust her to your care.

Story
Covie is a very sweet cat. She loves to cuddle and drool on you. She will follow you around and meow for your attention. We acquired Covie through someone on Nextdoor that was needing to rehome her because of personal reasons. We love animals and thought she would just fit right in. Unfortunately, she is very anxious around a busy environment and other animals. We have 4 boys, 2 other cats, and a dog. She hasn’t adjusted well and stays hidden away most of the day and night. She doesn’t get along with other animals. She’s not aggressive toward them at all, but rather stays hidden away. After a long time and careful consideration it’s clear she is not living her best life here with us. She needs a quieter and calmer environment with no other pets. There is nothing medically wrong with her that we are aware of. We are not 100% sure of her age (she’s around 5 yrs old), and she will need to be seen by a Vet for updated shots and exam.
