Story
Hi, I’m Leo. I’m a grey tabby, and I like to think of myself as a calm, thoughtful kind of guy. I’m a little shy at first, and new places can feel a bit overwhelming, so I might seem quiet or reserved when you first meet me. But once I feel safe, I show my true self — I’m really sweet, gentle, and just want to be near the people I trust. I enjoy calm moments and quiet companionship. I may not rush into cuddles right away, but if you sit with me and give me time, I’ll slowly come around. I love soft pets, gentle words, and being in a peaceful space where I can relax. Once I feel comfortable, I can be affectionate in subtle ways — a soft purr, a gentle nuzzle, or curling up next to you while you read or watch TV. I’m looking for a patient, understanding home where I can feel safe and take things at my own pace. I might need a little time to open up, but when I do, I make a loyal, loving companion. I promise that with a bit of patience, I’ll show you just how wonderful a quiet, gentle boy I can be.🐾💛

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Alvin. Alvin is a gentle soul who’s having a very hard time in the shelter. He spends most of his days hiding, overwhelmed by the noise and constant change—but behind that fear is a cat who desperately wants to feel safe. You can see it in the way he quietly watches, hoping for someone patient enough to give him a chance. Alvin needs a calm home and a family with extraordinary patience—people who will let him move at his own pace and celebrate every small step he takes. He won’t be an instant lap cat, but the trust he’ll eventually place in you will be one of the most meaningful bonds you’ll ever build. If your heart has room for a cat who needs understanding more than anything, Alvin is waiting for you. He’s not asking for much—just safety, kindness, and someone who believes in him.

Story
Hi, I’m Billy. I’ve been told I have a bit of a Billy Bob Thornton vibe—sometimes I look sweet and charming, and sometimes I look like I might tell you “I ain’t in the mood right now.” When I’m feeling spicy, I like my space respected… no questions asked. But when I’m not in one of those moods, I’m a total sweetheart who enjoys the finer things in life—especially food. Speaking of food, I’m extremely food motivated. Treats? Snacks? Dinner? You have my full attention. I clean up nicely when snacks are involved and will gladly show you my softer side in exchange for a good meal. I may have a little edge, but underneath it all, I’ve got a big heart and a strong appreciation for anyone who understands my moods and keeps the food coming.
