Story
Spencer is a 24 month old heartthrob with a Russian Blue look. He has a soft, dense gray coat that feels like a little bunny, a smattering of white around his mouth, chest, and paws, and bright green eyes that melt you instantly. He’s a total sweetheart and starts purring the second you pick him up. You’ll also hear his tiny squeaks when he gets excited, especially around mealtime. He loves hopping into your lap the moment you sit down, purrs up a storm, and when he’s really content he’ll even make biscuits. Spencer enjoys his relaxation time but also has playful bursts of energy. He currently lives with two foster brother cats and enjoys zooming around the house with them. He would likely do well with a friendly cat companion who appreciates his enthusiastic little brother energy. Spencer loves lounging in his window cat tree where he can keep an eye on both the outdoors and whatever his humans are up to. He enjoys scratching posts, wand toys, and treats of all kinds. If you’re looking for a snuggly, affectionate companion, Spencer fits the bill. Spencer does have a small quirk to be aware of. He has a paralyzed tail due to nerve damage, and as a result he may occasionally leave a single solid poop just outside the litter box, often right next to it. It’s easy to clean and leaves no residue. This tends to happen following litter box use and is fairly predictable. The vet has shared there is a small chance this could improve over the next several months as the nerves continue to heal, though we don’t want adopters to adopt with that expectation. Aside from this, Spencer is an easygoing, loving, low-maintenance cat who thrives on companionship and affection. He’s looking for a home with someone who values a calm, cuddly presence and doesn’t mind a little extra cleanup in exchange for a whole lot of love.

Story
Hi, I’m Ghost! I was rescued from the streets of Philadelphia and am now ready to find my forever home. I adore head scratches, tube treats, and once I’m comfortable, I’ll happily make biscuits in your lap; sometimes they’re a little pokey, but don’t worry, I’m very tolerant of nail trims. My fur is dense and silky-soft, almost like a Russian Blue, and I promise you’ll love petting me as much as I love being petted. When you first meet me, I might seem shy, but don’t be afraid to give me gentle head scratches. I’ll melt into your arms before you know it. I do best in a quiet home with patient, loving humans who will give me the time I need to feel safe. In return, I’ll be your loyal little shadow, always nearby for snuggles and affection. Every night, I’ll be your protector making sure you’re getting enough snuggles. I do well with new cats after slow, thoughtful instructions and I have finally discovered toys. How did I not know feather wands were so wonderful! Story
Meet Serafina your cats new best friend 💕 Serafina has had a difficult start to life. She survived on the streets and became pregnant very young, which stunted her growth and left her a forever-kitten in size. At just two years old, this tiny girl is more than ready to retire from outdoor life and settle into a safe, loving home. Serafina can be shy in new environments and around new people, but she warms up beautifully with a slow, thoughtful introduction. She tends to feel safest starting out in a smaller, quiet space where she can build confidence and have gentle, consistent interaction. A little structure at the beginning goes a long way for her, especially when paired with her favorite motivator: food. Treats, meals, and head scratches are the fastest way to her heart. Once she feels secure, Serafina is a total purr machine who loves affection and seeks out companionship. She truly thrives with other cats and would make a wonderful best friend for a resident kitty. With patience, snacks, and a calm place to land, Serafina blossoms into a sweet, affectionate companion who is so ready for her forever home. Serafina is in a foster home in Philadelphia PA 19143 If you are interested in adopting this kitty, please reach out via email prior to submitting an application!
