Meet Sasha! This beautiful, loving girl is 3 years old and a love bugaroo. She came to us after her owner surrendered her because she wasn't getting along with the dog and then sadly, Sasha came to be on the euthanasia list at the shelter. With her hold time up, Forgotten Felines had to get her out of there. Not-so-fun-fact: more black colored cats are euthanized than any other color cats (75% more) because they are the last to be adopted because people think they are boring. In actuality, I believe black cats have more personality than the others and Sasha certainly proves my philosophy. We believe that Sasha may be a Bombay mix because of her round face, sleek appearance, and easy-going disposition. Sasha loves attention and would be a great companion or emotional support cat. She has a very easy-going personality and loves to be with people. She meets you at the door, loves to cuddle, loves to play, and loves to climb high on the climber and spend time looking out the window, Her favorite toys are toy mice and the ever-popular  krinkle ball. She gets along great with cats, but as mentioned earlier, she is just not a fan of dogs, but she shouldn't have to die because of it..Sasha is ready to go home with an approved application. Looking terrified, cowering in the back of the kennel and very sick, the shelter called and we took her in immediately. Just 7 weeks old, despite her dire condition, she was still sweet and cuddly. She earned the moniker, Simone, for her calm, chill ways, and later completely owned it with her plush fur and lush plump little body. Simone, now almost 4 mos old, a bountiful 4.6 lbs, hands down gorgeous and filled with lots of love. She’s a big kitten, it's a joy to cuddle that plump dumpling. Very affectionate, gives kisses, very laid back, still chill and is pure sugar sweet. Oh yes, she's very playful, curious and LOVES to eat. Simone has a languid vibe about her.Simone, seen here in photos chillaxin’ with her best buddy, Zoe, who is available for adoption too. They make a great pair, they love to eat, play and sleep together. Preference will be given to applicants wanting both kittens. Simone and Zoe tag team one another, where one leaves off, the other picks up. Simone the elegant lady, Zoe the blast of a rock star. Adoption protocol, begins with a submitted application, Adoption Director schedules a phone interview, if approved by her our Adoption Coordinator will schedule your virtual home check. IF approved, your application, subsequent emails and comments are forwarded to pet's foster who will contact you to schedule a meet and adopt. If all parties are in agreement to move forward to adopt we will have an adoption contract with all pet's medical paperwork for you to sign and keep. With payment of adoption fee you are granted same day adoption. But you are under no obligation to adopt. We do lifetime followups, we are not an adopt and drop rescue.
