You must meet Bud! This handsome little man has come to us all the way from Alabama. Sadly, he was surrendered because his owner could no longer afford his care. Bud is a delightful, friendly little guy, a cuddly and affectionate little lap dog whose happy place is in your lap or following you wherever you go. He is also great with other dogs and we think he is good with kids as well as long as they realize that he's not a stuffed toy.. Our best guess is Cairn Terrier and Chihuahua mix, but he could very well be a Yorkie mix also. If you have room in your heart and home for this adorable little boy, why not submit an application today and change his life forever!Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs.
