Story
Poor Georgie has not had a good life. He spent the last few years living in a car with his homeless owner. He was seized by the police when his owner was hospitalized. Georgie has to learn to trust because of his rough life. He is estimated to be 16-18 years old. He does like people but has some issues with grooming and is reactive to big dogs. He would do well in a quiet adult home. Georgie needs a home to spend the remainder of his life in comfort and with the love he deserves.

Hello from Texas! My official name is Angelo, but everyone calls me Lolo. I am a very handsome Cairn Terrier mix, but I look just like a big Yorkie with stubby Corgi legs; in other words, I’m TOTALLY ADORABLE! I am about 3 years old, born on 8/15/22, and I weigh 30 lbs. Through no fault of my own, I have been surrendered twice already, but they say the third time is the charm, and that's what I’m betting on since I’m a very sweet boy! I make friends easily, and I love playtime. When I’m not busy playing, I enjoy chew toys, running occasional zoomies, and I adore dog treats, especially baby carrots! I have a medium energy level and a happy attitude. I am super sweet and affectionate with my people, but never clingy or imposing. Overall, I am a very good boy, only bark when I need to alert you, and I am housebroken. I don't chew on your things, just on my toys, but please note that I would appreciate other dogs not messing with my toys or my food bowl. I happily share with my people, just not other dogs. I love going on walks, but tend to get carsick. I do okay in a crate, but don't need one anyway. My foster mom lets me be free-range in the house while she is away because I am trustworthy. At bedtime, I sleep on the floor near her bed or on the couch. My future looks bright, and I am so looking forward to joining a wonderful family anywhere on the East Coast!
