Story
Meet Brenda Lee I’m a very sweet and gentle 1-year-old West Highland Terrier /Maltese mix with a beautiful soft white coat. I weigh just 10 pounds — the perfect size for snuggles and cozy lap time! I came from a home with lots of other dogs, so no one knows my exact mix… but everyone agrees I’m 100% adorable. I can be shy when I first meet new people, but every day I’m getting a little braver and learning how wonderful life can be. I just need a loving adopter who will go slowly and give me time to trust. What I’m Looking For…... A patient, gentle home full of kindness and cuddles A friendly, stable dog is required — having another dog helps me feel safe and confident and will show me how fun life in a real home can be I’m spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and ready for adoption. If you’re searching for a sweet, delicate little soul to love forever, I just might be your girl. Apply here to adopt Brenda Lee: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/POSH/Dog

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to JFK/EWR💟 Meet Milo💗 💙 Milo's Updates Account: @foster_zip_ 1.) Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, and completely recovered from heartworm. 2.) Rescue Story * While at the shelter, Milo always had a sad expression and would sit quietly in a corner. He seemed to be scared — whenever someone approached, he would quickly retreat and hide. To prevent his fear and stress from worsening, Adogs rescued him. 3.) Basic Information * With People: Is shy around strangers and feels uncomfortable with sudden touches — he may yawn or lick his lips when uneasy. However, once he becomes familiar with someone, he allows cuddles and belly rubs, gives kisses, and even enjoys being held. When he feels affectionate, he gently boops with his nose and gazes lovingly at you. Expresses his affection to foster parent by exposing his tummy. It is important to take time to allow him to open up. * With Dogs: Tends to have no interest in other dogs whom he encountered at foster home. Got along well with other dogs at our center and dog school, though. * With Cats: Shows no interest in cats. * Separation Anxiety: Displays no signs of separation anxiety. * Potty Training: Uses pee pads indoors with 100% accuracy! Never goes on a pad that’s already been used — he’ll wait for a clean one. Tends to have scarophagy, so it would be better to clean it up right after defecation. * Grooming: Got a bath and was blow dryed at the groomer’s and had good manners there! Enjoys being brushed and will even lie down comfortably during grooming when in a good mood. Accepts nail trims well invthe training center when held gently. However, had a little mouse punch when the vet clipped his toenails in the clinic. * Walking: Is a little scared of the outdoors, and had a panic attack previously. Is currently getting training for walking indoors. During leash training indoors, when the leash is tugged briefly to signal for him to go, he runs straight to another space and then runs back to his dog bed. Feels nervous and pants when people try to stop him during such time. * Car Sickness: No motion sickness. Stays calm and quiet in a kennel during travel. * Biting: No biting behavior. * Barking: Rarely barks. When he wants to drink water or needs to potty, he whines a little. Whines as a signal to remove potty after he does. * Likes: Enjoys relaxing alone in his kennel. Is a true treat lover — boiled chicken breast and duck jerky are his favorites! * Dislikes: Sudden movements or unexpected touches can startle him. Especially when a stranger tries to hold his feet, he may growl and snarl his lips. When strangers try to hold him for more than a minute, he will have potty accidents.
