BEST LITTLE PAL IN THE WORLD  DOB 9/5/25, weight 10# Hey there, everyone! I’m Cecelia, a.k.a. Ceci, a cheerful, inquisitive, and alert blonde Cairn Terrier mix gal who’s small enough for a lap-top snuggle and sturdy enough for a good romp on the lawn. Like most Cairn mixes, I do best with lots of close family contact. I’m cat-friendly and get along great with small dogs as well as kids. I’m crate trained, and I’m almost housebroken. A British breed club promotes us Cairns as the "best little pal in the world." We were originally bred to fearlessly root out foxes and badgers in the rocky Scottish countryside. Cairns became family favorites when Toto starred in "The Wizard of Oz." When I was about two months old, I was found, along with my buddy Cesar, in a box that was abandoned next to an apartment dumpster. I’m so grateful that Foster Mom welcomed us into her home with her other rescued animals. Now I’m ready to bring my cheery personality to brighten my forever home. Could that be with you?
