Must be only cat/no dogs* Kali is a stunning dsh calico female - she's a year and a half old. Kali is a playful girl who likes people but doesn't care for other cats or dogs. Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, rabies (if old enough) and a FVRCP vaccine. It also includes a FIV/FeLV test and microchip with no transfer fees. We are a foster-based rescue, so adoptable animals are in private homes in the NW Florida Panhandle. The best way to meet one of our pets is to attend our adoption events on Saturday. She found her way to a feral cat colony where one of our volunteers feeds. We brought her pregnant self in and she had 4 adorable nuggets of joy. Raccoon Kitty was so named because she runs like a raccoon, with her tail straight out behind her. She is a 7 year old, very sweet lady.  Raccoon Kitty was rescued as a kitten and has been fiercely loved by her humans for her entire life. Sadly, she needs a new loving home because her human faces a terminal illness. Raccoon Kitty won't be a turn-key cat. She is a little shy and will need time to acclimate to a new home and new people. Raccoon Kitty is searching for someone who will give her time to be shy for a few weeks and not expect a lap kitty on day 1. She is positively worth the wait. Emily, her mother and 4 siblings were surrendered when the family found out they were allergic.  She has been living with her foster mother since she was 6 weeks old.  She is very shy and does better with older, considerate kids and adults.  Emily also does well alone and prefers a quiet home as the only cat or as a kitty sibling.  She likes to play hide & seek with the feather wand and laser pointer.  She is friendly, once she gets to know you, but also likes to be alone and plays alone well.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 14, 2024, 3:00 pm

Hey, I’m Ladybug! Don’t be fooled by my grumpy look, I’m a sweet girl! Sure I can be a little sassy at times, but I’ve got a lot of personality when you get to know me. For example, I love playing with my people! You got teaser toys that you can wiggle around for me? Then count me in! I love boxes too- they’re my absolute jam. I can get along well with other cats, but if I’m being honest with you, I’d prefer if I was your only cat. Sometimes I get a little huffy when other cats are up in my space! What can I say? I’m a girl who likes to keep her personal bubble free of others. That’s not all bad though, imagine this: me, curled up in your lap, and you brushing me. Just the two of us, happy and comfy as can be. It’d be perfect! I’ll even give you kitty kisses. When I came into the rescue, I was pregnant with my first litter. I did a good job raising my babies and watched them get adopted, so now I think it’s my turn to find my permanent home!
