Please consider sponsoring a cat. For a little as $10 a month you can help us help more animals in need.Ginger is SO sweet and cute. This sassy senior is looking for a fur-ever home to call her own. She was brought into a vet office by the people who said she was feral and since they were moving, they wanted the vet to put her down! NOT FAIR! Turns out she wasn't feral at all. Those terrible people just said that so the vet would be more likely to do the deed. Luckily, the vet they went to was where one of our volunteers works. We took her in to find a REAL furever home. Our adoption fees are $75.00 for any kitty 6 months of age or older. $85 for kittens under 6 months of age. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained. Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org/adopt. There is a link on the top of the home page. Click on "Fill in", you don't have to register. For more information about this kitty or any others, you can contact us at Adoptions@aaFlorida.org. We adopted her on August 1st as a 4 year old cat. No history. We've tried everything in our power to get her to get along with out 2 French bulldogs. I can tell they stress her out tremendously to where she confines herself to my sons room upstairs. She still arches her back and her hair stands up when she hears them. They do not go upstairs(the dogs) at all. I definitely want her not stressed out and go to a loving cat only home. We move the 1st due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot take her with us. I have an open top liter box, almost 35lbs of liter, and a cat tree for her to go home with.

Luna is a beautiful dilute calico Siamese mix with light blue eyes! She belonged to a friend of mine who brought in new kittens and Luna did not like the new kittens. She likes to be inside and is very friendly with me and my husband but we also have other cats and they have not accepted her being here. She is very gentle and cuddly with loud purrs when I am with her alone and is very clean. She uses the litter box with no issues. She loves fresh water and only eats dry cat food and has no interest in canned food at all. I feed her Blue tastefuls. She is also very playful and loves her cat toys. She does not like to be picked up or held close. She does love sitting close and laying next to me when I sleep. She would do better in a home as an only pet.

Reina is a sweet, affectionate cat. We got her from Humane Society Englewoood 6 yrs ago. Humane society guessed her age at 7. Age now is 13. She is chipped, shots up to date, spayed. She loves anyone she meets even kids. It’s only been me and my daughter in our household. My daughter was 7 yrs old when we got her. She is good with my nephew who is 4 yrs old. Indoor cat only. Never tried to escape from the house. Will step out sometimes to be curious but once you walk her way or call her she comes in right away. I think she knows where her food is, so she will not risk being stuck outside lol. Dislikes wet food, prefers dry, is a great water drinker. Never had an accident in our place and we have carpet. Super blessed. I am about to get married, my soon to be mother in law who will be living with us, and is allergic to cats. Only reason for rehoming. Comes with cat tower, food, bowl, kitty litter box, cat carrier. Desire a loving, attention oriented, relaxing home for Reina.

Lucy is a sweet and loving cat, approximately 3 years old and weighing around 11 pounds. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on her rabies vaccine, and fully litter-box trained. She has a very affectionate personality; she loves cuddles, enjoys being petted, and often likes to sleep on top of you. She also enjoys spending time outdoors. Unfortunately, we need to move to another country and will be traveling frequently for work. Traveling and constant changes are very stressful for Lucy, and because of that, we truly believe she would be happier with a stable owner and a calm, permanent home. This decision is very painful for us, but Lucy's well-being comes first. We are looking for a responsible and loving owner who can give her the care, stability, and affection she deserves.
