Calico kittens & cats in Andover, Kansas

Artemis was found by a co-worker while they were out on their run. They couldn't keep the cat, but she was very friendly and very affectionate so she was brought to work with the hope that someone would take her in. We agreed to foster her and adopt her out to a good owner/family. We inferred that she most likely had owners before she was found. Artemis is somewhere between kitten and young cat. She's very affectionate, playful, and curious. She gets along well with dogs and she loves human interaction. She's a quick learner and has been using her kitten claws less and less with us. She's great at being held and very rarely minds or pushes away. We have not seen her interact with other cats but if it's anything like our dog, she'll just take a day or two to warm up. She wasn't aggressive at all, she just avoided our dog and watched from afar for a while. She swatted at him once or twice when he got too invasive with the sniffing. We have not tried to wash her in a bath.

Bebe has been at the shelter since she was a kitten. She deserves to finally find her forever home. She’s a bit shy but warms up to you quickly and loves to be petted.

Hey, I'm Lincoln, your new best friend forever, hopefully! I LOVE people, and will want to be by your side or on your lap. I am polite about it, and I'm not pushy. I will take as much attention as I can get, but will give my human their space. I am gentle, have a pleasant meow, enjoy making eye contact, and being petted. I'm a middle-aged gentleman, and was actually returned to the sanctuary after being adopted as a kitten about 6 years ago, due to unforeseen circumstances. My brother, sister and I were found abandoned as tiny kittens. Apparently, my mama was accidentally trapped in a hot shed and sadly perished. A kind lady socialized us and got us really healthy, then we were all adopted. I have adapted well, but I was SO used to being around a caring family, and would really like to be a part of one again soon. I have been around children of all ages, other cats and dogs. I enjoy going outdoors supervised, once I know where home is. I promise, you will love me once you meet me.
