Story
Hi! My name is Mahjong and I'm looking for a loving home to call my own! I am 3 years old and I've been at the shelter since 1/7/26.I'm a big handsome fella that might be a little bashful at first, but I warm up very quickly with some treats and pets! Once I trust you I'll demand all the pets and attention you can give! My ideal home would be full of love and patience while I settle in to a new home! I ended up at the shelter because I was left behind when my owner was evicted, so staff don't have a lot of information on my history and are unsure how I would do living with kids or other animals. If you are interested in adopting me, please visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or you can call the Adoption Team at 218-722-5341 as early as 10:30 AM and place a nonrefundable $25 hold towards my adoption fee to put you first in-line to adopt! Our adoption team is available via phone Tuesday-Friday from 10:30am-6:00pm and Saturday-Sunday 10:30am-4:00pm. Our adoption process is first come first serve.MAHJONG'S ADOPTION FEE: $75 plus tax. This fee is used for the extensive costs associated with vetting and otherwise caring for Mahjong and future pets at our shelter. Every adopter from Animal Allies receives a pet that has been spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Our pets also receive dental work or other treatments when necessary. In addition, Animal Allies provides free lifetime post-adoption counseling to help with any behavioral issues or concerns you may have for your new pet! Story
Hi! My name is Tinsel and I'm looking for a loving home to call my own! I am 3 years old and I've been at the shelter since 12/4/25.I'm a friendly and mellow lil lady that can be shy at first, but once I trust you I'm the sweetest girl and love to get pets! I enjoy lounging in the sun, napping in cozy blanket piles, and playing with my favorite toys!My ideal home would be full of love and patience while I adjust to another new environment. I came to the shelter as a stray from a feral cat colony, so I have lived among other cats. Staff are unsure how I would do with kids or dogs.If you are interested in adopting me, please visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or you can call the Adoption Team at 218-722-5341 as early as 10:30 AM and place a nonrefundable $25 hold towards my adoption fee to put you first in-line to adopt! Story
Hi! My name is Squeaky and I'm looking for a loving home to call my own! I am 6 years old and I've been at the shelter since 1/2/26.I'm a sweet and shy lady that enjoys quiet spaces and slow introductions. Once I trust you I open up and love to get gentle pets! I'm friendly and love to seek out attention when I want it and will beg for loves! When I'm not feeling it, I like to make myself scarce and do my own thing. My ideal home would be laid back and full of love! I previously lived in a home with other cats and young kids and did well. I have never met dogs, but staff thinks I would potentially do okay with dogs who are older, familiar with cats, and understand boundaries. If you are interested in adopting me, please visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or you can call the Adoption Team at 218-722-5341 as early as 10:30 AM and place a nonrefundable $25 hold towards my adoption fee to put you first in-line to adopt!
