Blair came to us as a semi feral kitten who was unsure of the world. He was placed in a loving foster home with his sister Muri and this is where he learned to love people! Here are some notes from his foster mom! `They are doing great. Blair is so cuddly and vocal, great with the other cats and the dogs.
