Calico kittens & cats in Shamokin, Pennsylvania

We live on farm land so all our cats were rescued from outside when they were kittens. They have been strictly inside cats since. Callie is 12 years old. She is a lovable, sweet cat. She also has extra toes like her brother Little O and sister Mittens. Looking for someone who can give her the love and attention she deserves. Over the past 8 years we adopted 4 children all half siblings so our cats haven’t been given the same attention they desire.

Her name is Beatrix and she lives up to her name's Latin origins of "voyager" or "traveler". This little lady was a stray. Outside, cold, hungry, and severely underweight. She wandered into the neighborhood and found the right home to take her in and help her on her next voyage of finding a permanent family. Beatrix loves to be pet and to receive affection. She seeks attention and is an appreciative kitty. Beatrix is young and enthusiastic and chases after strings, shoelaces, crinkle balls and runs throughout the house. She is learning how to interact with other cats so she will need time to adjust. For now, she may be best adopted to a family without other cats. She is spayed and received rabies and feline distemper vaccines. No food allergies. She is litter trained.

She gets along with most cats and plays from time to time. She was already spayed when found and is now current on her vaccines and has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. Her age is unknown, but, based on the condition of her teeth, she may be an older adult. References and a small adoption donation are required. Sweet mama Phoenix was found as a stray, barefoot and pregnant! We immediately took her into the rescue and 2 weeks later, she gave birth to 6 beautiful healthy babies. She's a tiny little girl, only weighing in at 7 pounds so we're not quite sure how she fit all those babies in there!. She was a fabulous mommy but no more kittens for her. She is spayed, microchipped, litter box perfect, FIV/FeLV negative and ready for transport. Wouldn't you love to make this sweet girl your own!
