Story
Pica is a beautiful girl. She was returned with her cat companion after 5 years. Her adopter was aging and could not care for them. Her companion was adopted and Pica is looking for a good home. She is a portly girl who does like her food. She has been on a slimming program and should be maintained on it. Pica is friendly but is reserved around humans. However, she loves to play with her favorite wand toy. She would do best in either a single cat home or with another quiet cat. No dogs. Story
Sweet Ellaree born 10/1/21 whose life started out grimly after she seemed to hitch a ride in a car engine. We really don't know how she survived after having two broken legs on one side and her tail ripped off, but she did!!! And she came out of it with a beautiful personality and is a lap cat extraordinaire. She is your love bug but does not want to share with any other furry friends. Great with children. She is a nibbler when she is hungry, nothing major but she wants her dinner!  She has a playful streak too, so when she isn’t in the comfort of your lap or a warm window sill, she’s batting around her favorite toys. Ellaree does have FIV which to anyone who has read about this, is not the condition that was once thought, and cats can live long, healthy lives. At adoption events, you’ll hear Ellaree talking—asking for attention from everyone that walks by. She leans into pets through the kennel bars and dreams of finding her perfect forever home.  Come meet Ellaree at our adoption events on Saturdays from 12-4 at PetSmart on Harbison and be prepared to fall in love! Story
She was born to a Tabby cat that I have about 5 months ago. Her coloring is spectacular. She is very gentle and affectionate. She watches everything going on around her. She likes to climb to elevated spaces to observe things. I would like to find a good home for her to live in because I have to keep her outside because of my allergies.

Story
This is Calvin, part of a bonded pair. See my other posting for Freya. They both recieved Rabies vaccination, and FVRCP/Leukemia June 2025, are litter-box trained, indoor cats. They have lived together for years and are very comfortable as a pair. They are independent but enjoy each other's company, and would transition much more easily if adopted together. Calvin is a very sweet, calm, soulful boy. He has deep, expressive eyes and a gentle presence. He has grey and white fur, and darkened heart shape on his nose, because he is a lover. He spends a lot of time lounging in his soft bed but still has playful moments. He is easygoing, mellow, and sensitive. Calvin provides the calm to Freya's playfulness. They balance each other beautifully. They are also dog friendly, and even snuggle up with them sometimes. They are loved, but rehoming due to major life changes and wanting whats best for them long-term.

Story
Luke and Mac are two pets that need to find a new home since their humans have passed and/or moved. Mac is somewhat aloof. Luke is house trained & litter box ok. A quiet household. He has have spent his life with a 75-85 year old couple. Luke likes to get into bags. They are two of a kind, and it would be preferable to keep them together. The cats are sometimes active, but also like lounging in the indoor sun.

Story
Sky is such a lively kitten she loves to be played with. I have only had her a few months but now have to relocate and I cannot take her with me. This is an unexpected move for me as I now have to take care of my elderly parents.. she loves to snuggle sit on your lap and be massaged.
