Story
Callie is the sweetest, loving , affectionate cat. It breaks my heart to rehome her - I rescued her from a terrible situation & absolutely fell in love . Shes extremely smart, sweet, loving & affectionate. Unfortunately after almost a year of trying everything - she just isn't getting along with my other female. Its been very heartbreaking for me but she needs to be the only female . Shes housebroken - loves treats - her favorite is chasing the laser! She's a cuddle bug . I'm praying she goes to someone who will love her - forever.

Story
We have had Eli since he was a kitten and he has been a wonderful pet. We have had three Cats in our home and a female dachshund. Eli was already a young adult cat when our dachshund came as a puppy Eli adapted quickest to the puppy being in the house. They have continued to be playmates. He is very healthy. He is close to 18 pounds so he’s a true Garfield. He has always been inside never been outside. He is 7 years old and very healthy. My wife has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s and we are needing to rid our house of pet fur and danders. My role as caregiver for her has become intense and I don’t have the kind of time and attention to care for them any longer. It’s the most fair to him. He doesn’t get the kind of a time and attention and love that he needs. We don’t have time to give it to him. So sadly we must find a new home very soon.

Story
Meet Shiloh! &#226&#156&#168 Shiloh is a stunning young calico kitten whose beauty is only matched by her playful, affectionate spirit. With her striking coat and bright eyes, she’ll catch your attention in a heartbeat—but it’s her sweet personality that will truly steal your heart. This little girl is full of fun and curiosity. She loves chasing feather wands, batting at crinkly balls, and pouncing after anything that moves—playtime is her absolute favorite! Shiloh’s kitten energy makes her endlessly entertaining, and she’ll happily keep you laughing with her adorable antics. But as much as she loves to play, Shiloh has an equally tender side. When the toys are put away and the day slows down, she’s happiest being scooped up into your arms. She’ll nestle against your chest, purring softly, as if she’s saying “thank you” for all the love. Shiloh is a cuddle bug at heart who thrives on human affection and bonds deeply with her people. Smart, loving, and full of joy, Shiloh is the best of both worlds—a spirited playmate and a snuggly companion. She would be a wonderful fit for a family, a couple, or anyone looking for a loyal little shadow to share life with. If you’re ready to welcome this special girl into your heart and home, email ccrtennessee@gmail.com for more information. Please let us know where you’re located. Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped.September 3, 2025, 8:04 am

Story
Casey is an absolutely gorgeous calico cat, her vibrant tri&#226&#128&#145colored coat as charming and unique as her sweet soul—each patch reflecting the one-of-a-kind companion she is. Abandoned in rural Tennessee with her kittens, Casey never lost her sparkle; she knows she's special, and she’s ready to show it. This playful young adult brings joy with her adorable floor-rolling antics designed to capture your attention, then transitions seamlessly into a devoted snuggle partner, padding into bed for cozy nighttime purrs that feel like pure love. Beyond her affectionate nature, Casey embodies that legendary calico 'cattitude'—a delightful mix of independence, spirited charm, and affectionate loyalty that makes her both entertaining and deeply connected to those she trusts. Fully litter-trained and confident, she would flourish as the only cat in your home or as a serene, wise friend to a young kitten. If you're searching for a cat filled with warmth, humor, and color—both in coat and character—Casey is ready to make your life brighter and more loving.  Contact ccrtennessee@gmail.com for more information. Why Casey’s Calico Traits Shine Bright: Independent yet loving: Calico cats are often described as affectionate and loyal, while also valuing their independence—a balance Casey embraces beautifully.  Playful quirks and spirit: Known for their energetic, quirky nature—sometimes lovingly called “tortitude”—calicos like Casey are full of playful energy that keeps life lively.  Unique, one-of-a-kind charm: Just like every calico’s coat is uniquely patterned, their personalities often stand out too, each distinct and full of character.  September 17, 2025, 12:02 am

Story
Meet Bob, Kora, and Skye — three gentle souls who remind us that love and companionship only get better with time. 💕 These sweet senior kitties came to New Leash when their previous owner could no longer care for them. They’ve clearly known love — all three are calm, well-mannered, and used to living peacefully with other cats. Bob is a 9-year-old gentle giant with a heart as big as his paws. This social fellow loves attention and is happiest when he’s lounging in a sunny spot near his people. Kora, a lovely 7-year-old calico, is a bit more reserved. She’s slowly learning to trust her new surroundings and enjoys quiet pets and cozy naps once she feels comfortable. Skye, another 7-year-old calico beauty, has a hearty appetite and a soft spot for routine. Once she settles in, she’s easygoing and affectionate. Bob and Skye have both received dental care, and Kora’s teeth are looking great for her age. Each cat can be adopted individually or as part of a group — while they’re not bonded, they do enjoy the company of other cats. All three are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and flea prevention. Their adoption fee is $50 each, and all New Leash cats are to be strictly indoor and not declawed. If you’ve ever dreamed of giving a senior cat a soft place to land, Bob, Kora, and Skye are waiting to fill your home with quiet love and gentle purrs. 🐾

Story
This cheerful crew of kittens is like a basket of holiday wishes wrapped in fur. Full of sparkle, playfulness, and tiny surprises, they bring the kind of joy that makes a house feel warmer the moment they arrive. Jingly toys, romping with siblings, and curling up after a busy play session are all part of their daily celebration. These kittens balance fun with affection beautifully. They enjoy playtime and curiosity, but they’re just as happy to soak up gentle attention and share quiet moments with their people. Their sweet natures make them wonderful companions for homes looking for kittens who bring both energy and heart. All kittens are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and flea prevention. The adoption fee for kittens is $75. New Leash cats are to be primarily indoor and may not be declawed.

This sweet boy loves being close to his humans and will happily settle in for pets, snuggles, and quality together time.
