🐾 Meet Nutmeg! Nutmeg may take a little time to decide you’re trustworthy, but she’s quickly showing us that underneath that cautious exterior is one very sweet and affectionate girl. In her foster home, Nutmeg has been making great progress! She loves pets and has discovered that Churu treats are absolutely worth being brave for. She recently took a huge step by coming out for a treat, eating with her foster in the room, and then sticking around for some love and attention. ❤️ Nutmeg is still getting comfortable and will do best with someone who understands that she may need a little patience while she settles in. Give her the chance to feel safe, though, and she’ll reward you by showing more and more of her loving personality. She’s looking for a home where she can continue building confidence, enjoy plenty of treats and affection, and learn just how good being loved can be. 💜

Meet Liberty! 🤍🐾 Liberty is a beautiful, quiet soul looking for someone who understands that not every cat wants to be the center of attention. She's still a very shy girl who spends a lot of her time observing the world from a safe, cozy hiding spot, but we're starting to see some really sweet progress! Liberty is becoming much more comfortable with gentle affection. While she may still hide quite a bit, she's now beginning to lean into pets and enjoy the attention once she realizes she's safe. 🥹🩷 Being picked up still isn't her favorite thing, and Liberty isn't going to be the cat who immediately marches into a new home like she owns the place. She's the kind of girl who needs a calm, patient family willing to let her settle in without pressure and build trust at her own pace. Because of her timid nature, Liberty would do best in a quieter home with adopters who understand shy cats and are willing to celebrate the little victories—the first time she chooses to stay out a little longer, the first time she leans into your hand for more pets, and eventually, the day she realizes she's truly home. Liberty is already showing us that there's an affectionate girl underneath all that shyness. ⚡🐾 Meet Raichu! Raichu is a 1-year-old, three-legged girl who has adapted beautifully to life on three legs and gets around just fine! Since settling into foster care, Raichu has continued to gain confidence. She’s becoming much more comfortable in open spaces and doesn’t seem bothered by the normal activity of people moving around her anymore. Raichu is a sweet girl who enjoys occasional pets, but she’s also an independent kitty who isn’t likely to come searching for constant human attention. She’s perfectly content doing her own thing and would likely be happiest in a quieter, less social home where she can relax and interact on her own terms. She doesn’t seem to mind having other cats in her space, although she has not been formally introduced to dogs. Raichu recently had her stitches removed and her incision is healing well. Now she’s ready to find a patient family who will appreciate her exactly as she is — a gentle, independent girl who may not demand your attention, but will quietly become part of your home. 💛
