Calico kittens & cats in Kerrville, Texas

Searching for a loving home for a sweetheart little girl with some minor special needs. This is Cleo and she is just over a year old. She was found in a ditch as a baby and was saved from the Fredericksburg animal control euthanasia list and fostered. Cleo had a joint infection in all 4 paws that took time to treat by a vet, but she recovered. She does have some scar tissue in those joints and her back right foot has some special toes but she made it! She acts like nothing ever happened. She has some trouble gaining weight so she is hungry a lot. I do feed her an extra meal during the day at times. She is litter trained but definitely is particular to it being cleaned daily, and needs multiple litterbox options if there are more cats in the household as she has trouble holding it to wait her turn for an open box. Those are her only issues, and she is an absolute love bug! She has been raised around children and other cars and is excellent with both.

😻Hope is a gorgeous dilute Calico and Hailey is a stunning tri tabby. Both are timid girls but in a home where they can be spoiled, they will have a chance to become the shining stars we know they are. They both happily greet with sweet meows when people come to visit. 💕🐾 Hope and Hailey came to us from a terrible situation at just a few weeks old. Their mom, Mitzi, had been attacked and had a terrible wound, along with their little brother, Bug. They found themselves at a high kill shelter in Tx. We were able to save them and nurture them back to health. Once they were old enough, the search began for a forever home. Mitzi and Bug have been adopted. Meet Cider! Cider is finally ready for adoption!! She was born in our shelter back in April of 2018, she is now 3 years old and the shelter has been the only home she has known. It’s taken her pretty much her whole life to warm up and be comfortable and just like that she walks around in confidence. Cider is so sweet and once she warms up to you, she will greet you with head nudges. We love Cider and have loved watching her grow and thrive. But we know she's meant for bigger things!! Including a home of her very own!

Meet Julie! Julie is a true hero and her story is bigger than most! She was dumped here at the shelter. Literally dumped at our dumpster! She was pregnant, scared and felt so alone. We were lucky to find her when we did. Sadly, stress was too much. She developed FIP. Which years ago would have been death sentence but there’s now a wonderful cure and she has the privilege herself to MEOW at the top of her lungs that she beat that disease and that she is truly a warrior. Julie is one of the most stunning Tortoiseshell kitties you will ever see and she is only 2 years old. Julie is now ready to find her forever home!

    Three years ago Belinda was abandoned by her owners and was hanging out with a colony of cats nearby. When the weather began to get too cold to suit her, she decided to take a bolder approach returning to the house next door to her old house and began body slamming the door. Belinda is not a small cat, so she was allowed in by the lady of the house, who promptly called SAFCC, as the lady was in the middle of a move. Belinda was soon adopted by one who loved her and spoiled her for 3 years. Sadly, the lady’s health has made it impossible to keep her any longer. Tests when we first took her in back in 2020 showed her FIV +. She is well and doing fine. FIV is only transmittable by DEEP bite wounds, and only to other cats. Sharing litter, food, water, beds, and grooming each other is not an issue. Nothing about Belinda’s life before abandonment is known. She does have a scar just above her back foot, indicating she was caught in a snare or steel-jaw trap. This about 6 year young lady has proven to be an attention seeking talker that entertains herself playing by herself and watching the world go by sitting on the window sill. Meet this lovable girl! Venus is a doll! She will instantly work her her sweetness on you the minute she sees you Venus is 4 years old and a beautiful tabby and white ! Venus was adopted and returned but no fault to her own. Her owners got sick and could no longer care for her. She deserves a forever home!

Hope is a gorgeous 5 year old dilute calico looking for a calm home where she can be spoiled, and loved, hopefully with her dear sister Hailey. The kittens arrived a few weeks old after their mother was horribly injured in an attack and they had ended up in a high kill shelter. We rescued them and nursed them back to health. Introducing Bruno!!! We've had this handsome boy since mid January. He was trapped and thought to be feral, once transferred to us it was soon discovered he was not feral, just very scared! He was neutered already when we got him, sadly not microchipped. And sadly, no one claimed him. It has taken him time to adjust, but he has finally opened up!
