She startles easily and needs patience, but the bond she gives back is so worth it.

James is a sweet cat but he is becoming unhappy with his current living situation. He needs an opportunity with an owner who can give him a little more attention and possibly some time to experience an inside & outside living situation. I love him but he needs more then being pent up in a small apartment. He deserves more because he is so sweet. He's also a very smart kitty.

We moved into my father-in-law's house with our 6 cats on a trial basis. The trial has failed, and he is adamant that we get rid of the cats. These cats are our babies, and this whole thing is heartbreaking. Katrina is a very special cat. She's a little bit in her own world. The guy who had her as a kitten was very cold to her, so she's a little weird. But in her own way, she is sweet and loving. She gets along with cats and dogs, and loves drinking water from the tap. Plus she's beautiful!

Story
Rajah had been with us almost since she was born. She’s always been such a sweetheart with a little bit of a sassy side. We nursed her back to health when she was born because she was so sick. Since we moved a few times and now our other two cats do not get along with her and hiss and attack her on occasion. She has started going out of the box because of this. And she wants to have her own box. This has caused a lot of stress in our family. We tried everything to help the situation but we believe she would do best in a single cat home. She loves our golden retriever and our toddler. She always rubs against them and lets our toddler pet her even! We are so sad to have to make this decision but believe it’s the best thing for her and for us as a family.

Cali is a 3-year-old female calico cat. She is spayed, very social, cuddly, and playful. She does well with teenagers and adults and gets along well with other cats. Once she becomes connected with you, she loves sleeping with you and being close to her person. She has a fun, affectionate personality and loves attention and playtime. She loves to go outside for a few minutes and soak up the sun, then come back inside for cuddles. She is spayed.

Austin Siamese Rescue offers courtesy listings in an effort to assist cat owners in finding loving, responsible homes for their pets. This cat is not part of our oster program. It is not under the direct care of Austin Siamese Rescue. For further information on this cat, please contact the caretaker directly at Cathywinfrey7@gmail.com. Cheeky is an adult Tortico, with a beautiful multicolored coat, 4 white boots, and a vibrant personality to go along with her green eyes. She hasn't told me how long she was wandering the streets, but she was very skinny and very frightened of all other animals when we first met. She has excellent catbox habits, and is a tidy eater, despite having only 4 teeth (her fangs). She likes to lounge on the highest platform of the cat tree, and enjoys the outdoor scents and views from the safety of the catio. She likes her salad, in the form of a pot of green grass to chomp, and she makes excellent use of the vertical sisal-wrapped cat scratching posts. She finds comfort in a Cheeky-sized box, plays in the kitty-tunnels, likes people, but doesn't really care much at all for other cats or dogs. She would be happiest in a home where she is the only kitty resident. She loves to be brushed with her special brush.
