Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   Calling all calico lovers!! Miss Delilah is here and looking for her forever home. Delilah is approximately 2 years old, spayed, vaccinated, and felv/fiv negative. As you can see in her pics, she has beautiful deep colors with a hint of orange on her chin. Miss Delilah would do best in a quiet home with no dogs. She was slow to warm up to her foster furry friends, which can be typical for a cat. Miss Delilah is chatty, makes “chirpy “ noises” and loves to purr. Just ask the vet. She was purring during her exam. She is also a cat that will sit on your lap or lay on your chest. Miss Delilah’s adoption fee is $100. If you would love to give this soft, beautiful girl a forever home, please click on the following link to fill out an application: https://www.pethelpersinc.org/adoption-application/     Adoption Fees: PUPPIES (under 1 year) $250.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm/lyme test (if applicable), two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medicine and microchip. ADULT DOGS (over 1 year) $225.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, first set of routine yearly vaccines, heartworm/lyme test, two rounds of dewormer, one  round of flea medication, and Microchip. KITTENS AND CATS $100.00,   Includes spay or neuter,  vaccine according to their age, two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medication, felv/fiv test, and microchip. For more information on this animal email adoptionisforever@pethelpersinc.org. Pet Helpers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foster based volunteer rescue located in Fairmont, WV.  We do adopt out of state to approved applicants, if you are willing to drive to WV to pick up your pet.  We do not fly or use transport companies.  Our adoption fee is $150.00 for mixed breed puppies and adult dogs, $225.00 for full blooded puppies and adult dogs and $50.00 for cats and kittens.  Regardless if the animal is a mixed breed or full blooded they are spayed/neutered prior to adoption IF they are old enough.  If they are too young at the time of adoption, then it is your financial responsibility to spay/neuter the pet by the age of 6 months and you must provide proof for our files that it has been done.  All of our pets are checked by a vet, given the shots appropriate for their age and any other treatment deemed necessary by the vet.  All of our pets are adopted as indoor pets and are not be outdoors tied to a box 24/7.  The pet you are adopting has been living in a home with a foster family.  You are expected to take possession of the pet you are applying for within a few days of application approval.  This will enable us to accept another pet into that home.  Because we are a rescue, and believe that spaying and neutering is crucial in stopping the reproduction of unwanted puppies/kittens and massive amounts of animals dying daily in shelters across the country, we expect any animal already in your home to be spayed/neutered. If for any reason you are unable to keep the pet you have adopted you are required to return them to Pet Helpers, Inc.  They are not to be sold or given away.   Check us out on Facebook!!!!!!  We hope you will give us two paws up, like our page and share with your friends.  Pet Helpers, Inc. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi! My name is Lydia. My babies and I were found outside the Sistersville City Building by two nice ladies. They called the Olive Branch for help. I needed a safe place to take care of my babies. Both of my babies have long since been adopted, but here I am...waiting. I don't understand why. I'm a very nice kitty. I'm a litte bit shy at first, but I'm looking for ear scratches and attention in no time. I get along well with the other cats, and I don't seem to mind dogs, as long as they aren't too nosey.  I'll make a great companion for someone who is looking for a bright eyed girl like me! I have been spayed, combo tested and vaccinated. If you would like to meet me, call 304-652-1010 to set up a time.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 12, 2026, 8:22 am
