You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.BlueBelle is making great progress in her foster home, where she is resting up and gaining weight so that she can be spayed.  She has a devoted foster mom who said she walks nicely on on lead and is beautifully housetrained. She has shown some partiality to being around women as opposed to men, but we will continue assessing her needs as we go. She was found severely emaciated and we are hoping for her to gain about 20 pounds so she can be spayed and adopted! Her personality is gently appreciative and loving, and grateful for everything she is given. She was found as a stray, gobbling food she had found on  the side of the road. She is negative for heartworm and tick disease, and her only real issue is being underweight.     PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA.
